We had a great time in this hotel! The staff is amazing, rooms and beds very confortable and location is very convenient to explore restaurants and Tianmen mountain. You can contract a driver through the hotel to go to forest park. We strongly recommend to stay in this hotel

The hotel service was very satisfying, close to everywhere, easy to find food and taxis, making my family vacation very memorable. My family and I were given a free late check out, because my flight was at night and we were also dropped off at the airport for free. Thank you??

Location is great as it is walking distance to tianmen mountain entrance. There are restaurants nearby. Staff are mostly very helpful and friendly. Rooms were slightly dated but acceptable for price paid.

天气突然转凉了，小姐姐来高铁站接我们的时候，就已经让人把房间的暖气打开了，贴心，点赞。房间配置齐全，洗衣机上面还有洗衣液。

设施：酒店的位置特别好，交通便利，出行非常方便。
衞生：房间和公共区域打扫的特别乾净。
环境：房间宽敞明亮，高品质的洗浴用品，还配有洗衣机，床品特别乾净、舒服。房间内看到酒店贴心的给配了好多小零食，金桔、大枣，饼乾，青豆。特别好吃。
服务：最打动人的还是这里的服务，前台每个人都面带微笑，让人感觉特别温暖。看着带长者，还给免费升级了房型。细节处处见真心。提前和前台预约，约好时间给送到了张家界西站，这次入住体验太棒了。

The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with a very retro decor. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped my daughter with her online shopping order. I was very satisfied with my four-day stay.
