Room was really big and clean. Only the bed was a little too hard for us. Bathroom was spotless and we had a nice balcony. The serve western and Asian breakfast. The staff were perfect, they picked us up and organized also a taxi to train station leaving. Helped us to book tickets. 5 star service.

Habitación muy amplia que incluía ba?era y lavadora. Cama grande con almohadas finas. Todo domotizado. El desayuno estaba bien, pero sin leche caliente. Nos ayudaron con algunas entradas. El ascensor olía a humedad. La relación precio/calidad es buena.

酒店的服务不错的，提前一天电话联系是否需要接站接机。然后到了酒店还给升级了亲子套房，面积更大，孩子和爱人都很喜欢。还有服务人员主动帮忙拿行李箱，关键是一个28寸的行李箱非常重。还免费预订了第二天的送机服务。酒店位置坐车到机场也就10多分钟，步行到天门山索道入口也15分钟左右。服务也很全，早餐厅有中式和西式两个餐厅，客人都可以享用，只是西式餐厅座椅较少，一般歪果仁会去那里用餐。这是张家界之行的最后一晚酒店，晚上睡的好，早上吃的好！特别夸一下叫琳姐的服务员，力气大（帮忙拿行李箱），人也好（帮忙预订送机），反正家人都很满意！

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo: ci ha accolto in aeroporto (un servizio veramente apprezzato!) e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per la serata, rendendo il nostro soggiorno più confortevole e piacevole. Ci sono state assegnate due camere spaziose, arredate con gusto e molto accoglienti. Buona la colazione. Posizione comoda, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla cabinovia del monte Tianmen (oppure 7 yuan con Didi). Consigliatissimo!

The hotel was located around 5 mins by car to the Tianmen Mountain cablecar station, which makes it convenient to stay for visiting Tianmen Mountain. The hotel facilities were slightly less well maintained. However, it was great to have a washing machine located in the room itself. The buffet breakfast provided had limited choices.
