It’s a brand-new hotel, and while they’re still getting used to hosting foreign tourists, the staff are incredibly welcoming. The complimentary ticket reservation service was especially impressive—they spent several hours with us over multiple days, patiently helping us plan our activities and offering detailed information and thoughtful suggestions. Zhangjiajie has so many things to do, and having someone knowledgeable to walk us through all the options was absolutely essential, especially since other information sources can be difficult to access or confusing for foreign visitors. Thanks to their guidance, we were able to make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie and plan our days efficiently without feeling overwhelmed.
When the owner learned we were a bit cold at night, she even went out of her way to buy a space heater for our room, which made a huge difference. The level of care and personal attention we received truly made our stay special, and we felt genuinely looked after from start to finish.

真心安利这家酒店！环境整洁到挑不出毛病，大堂的绿植让人一眼就舒心，设施方面更是没得挑，空调制热效果都很快，房间无线??，洗漱台的水龙头出水顺畅，水压稳定，酒店还有免费停车场，公共区域的休闲区也很舒服，从景区回来累了回来坐一会儿，简直太惬意了，客房被褥乾爽又松软。24h热水+自助洗衣房，出门在外也能住得像家一样方便，必须五星！管家式的服务贴心到位，行程安排的明明白白。体验感完全不输五星[强]

必须来夸一夸！服务真的没话説，一进门就送水果，特别暖心。房间乾净得像回家一样，周围很安静，睡得很好。早餐好吃，该有的设施都有，出门买东西、吃饭都方便。真心推荐给大家！

酒店的前台小姐姐很热情 态度很好 我晚了下山也会一直打视频电话教我怎么快速下山 酒店的环境也很好 离森林公园标志门很近 去标志门的车费也是报销的 热水和暖气都很充足 如果下次有机会再来张家界的话会选择再次入住这里~

?? 房间设施： 入住的是双床和三人房，空间宽敞明亮，落地窗视野绝佳。床品柔软舒适，一夜酣眠到天亮。迷你吧备品丰富，浴室乾湿分离，配备智能马桶和高端沐浴用品，淋浴水压充足，体验感满分！
?? 餐饮体验： 早餐品种丰富，中西式选择多样，食材新鲜且品质出色。尤其喜欢现煮的麪和米粉，晚餐在酒店前台的推荐下尝试了招牌菜，味道惊艳，服务人员还会贴心介绍菜品。

Very clean and staff were very helpful. They helped us plan out our trip to Zhangjiajie and buy the tickets which saved us a lot of time and costed the same as other online websites. I also had an issue with my inputted passport number for my upcoming flight which they helped me resolve after I couldn’t figure out after a
couple of hours. Our stay was great, especially for the price!
