环境：酒店环境安静，不吵闹，没有车辆来来往往的声音，周边吃饭购物也非常方便。
设施：超预期，洗衣房、客房智控系统、加热毛巾架、智能马桶、花洒水压大，使用起来真的是太方便了。
服务：前台小姐姐很热情，服务到位，24小时响应。
卫生：干净整洁，床品舒适。
这次暴雨没能入园，下次来张家界还住他家。

选择它因为离东门近。房间装修实用带科技感和商务风，和周围民宿比明显更现代化，前台接待很热情有问必答，旅游方面服务安排的主动周到且用心，找前台订门票也可以省不少钱，去东门的话工作人员会帮你免费叫车。大床睡的很舒服，早餐中规中矩，性价比很高。推荐给来玩的朋友最合适了。

超出预期的舒适型酒店，环境和设施都令人满意！
环境方面：酒店位置闹中取静，远离了市区的嘈杂，晚上休息很安静。
设施方面：作为这个档次的酒店，设施算是很齐全和贴心了。房间内部宽敞明亮，装修简洁温馨，干净无异味。床铺软硬适中，睡得很舒服。卫浴是干湿分离，热水充足稳定，洗漱用品齐全。公共区域的走廊、大堂也都保持得很干净。虽然不像高端酒店有泳池、豪华健身房，但基础的设施都维护得很好，完全能满足舒适住宿的需求。
总的来说，酒店在环境的清幽整洁和设施的实用舒适度上，都做得相当到位，性价比很高。对于看重干净、安静和基本舒适度的游客来说，是非常不错的选择。下次来张家界，还会考虑这里！

酒店位置非常方便。步行去森林公园东门大概15分钟。步行去湘西大剧院也是10分钟。酒店有自助洗衣干衣服务非常适合我们玩几天的森林公园旅客。前台两位小姐姐非常殷切，无论规划旅行行程还是周边吃饭都非常熟悉。 也介绍了附近有间满婆农家菜，非常适合我们广东人的口味。非常贴心，多谢晒????

非常新，非常不错的酒店，床品舒适，房间干净，宽敞，很安静，睡的特别舒服。带孩子前来的真的很方便。早上的早餐也非常好吃，品种也多。我们去国家森林公园东门，酒店还把我们送了过去。很满意的一次住宿，有机会来张家界还会选择。

If you want go explore the National Park and the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon this hotel is really recommended. Everything is near and the staff is very friendly. They even helped us out with the route for our trip to the National Park. We could also get tickets with a little bit discount via them. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family if they plan to visit Zhangjiajie

Booked 2 nights and extended additional night as part of family trip.
Nice clean hotel. The front desk staff and the owner were rather helpful, they helped me to resolve the wexin payment issue when encountering a problem.
The breakfast was reasonable for kind of hotel but potentially can be improved with a bit of variety on day to day, which would be useful for foreigners.
The restaurant “满婆“ behind the hotel is not recommended due to its expensive and the quality of foods were the poorest among 3 dinners we had in Wullingyuan.

The room was clean and the service was good. They will fetch you to the nearest gate every morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Off the Main Street so you get less noise pollution . Great location with lots of restaurants nearby . Hotel is very new , spacious room for 2 single beds .
