Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was exceptional, gym facilities were the best I have seen so far.
Breakfast was very complete and delicious.
小佳 was our butler and she did an amazing job :)

酒店乾净、宽敞、舒适、服务态度好，地点为于景点附近非常方便，前往张家界国家森林公园东门入口只需10分钟，大峡谷玻璃桥20分钟。?早餐多款式但以饱肚为主。

It was an enjoyable stay. The Bazi Street is located in a short distance where you could walk for around 10 mins

The hotel is comfortable and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a good Western breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and all the details were sophisticated, with beautiful colours and design.
We regret that there was no menu, no dinner service, and no Western à la carte meals served in the room with a Western menu.
Not only because most of the tourists who use this hotel were not Chinese but foreigners, and we went at Christmas, so it's a shame they didn't have a New Year's Eve meal.

A Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service
Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located — slightly away from the busy city, yet in a very cool and peaceful area. Almost everything you need is nearby, especially the Forest Park, which makes it an ideal base for exploring Zhangjiajie. There are plenty of eateries around, with many nice restaurants and local food options within easy walking distance, making meals very convenient.
The breakfast at the hotel was good and a great way to start a full day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay special was Joanna. She helped us like anything — patiently handling every query, booking tickets for us, and always being available whenever we felt stuck. Because of her support, our trip was smooth, carefree, and incredibly easy to navigate.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and outstanding service.

Beautiful, modern hotel with very clean rooms, great breakfast and a convenient location for the national park.
The only downside was my experience at the spa, during a full-body massage, the therapist uncovered my chest completely when I turned over and giggled when I tried to cover myself. It made me uncomfortable and felt unprofessional.
Aside from that, the hotel itself was excellent.
