和家人出行，住在合适的地方很重要??，这次预订的张家界希尔顿花园酒店就确实让一家人都心满意足????，酒店座落于标志门附近约2公里范围，既有幽静的风景亦能感受到周边的景区热闹的气氛，更重要的是酒店前台的同事十分之重视客人的需要，特别是入住当天大堂经理小李在了解到我们远道而来，舟车劳顿很困乏，特别为我们升级了家庭套房可泡澡，让老人家十分之满意????在出游路线给出了一条轻松写意嘅推荐，更介绍了大队渔村这家武陵原特色歺饮很美味????

cleaning cloth takes 30 minutes in the washing machine and drying 30 minutes in the dryer clothes will be 100% dry. Very useful service.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
The room was spacious and clean.
The king size bed was comfortable however the pillows were a little too worn for my liking.
The breakfast food was great and with adequate choice of hot, cold, west and east options.
The hotel is located conveniently to food areas. With only a 5minute didi Ride to shops and food.
Only 10 minutes didi Ride to zhangjiajie tourist area.
30 minutes didi from high speed rai station
And 30 minutes to 72 wonders building.
Great stay. Highly recommended.

酒店房间设施非常智能，乾净大气，入住体验很舒适，管家小佳同学热情周到，半夜十点钟去找她，小佳也事无钜细讲解旅游攻略。健身房也还不错。

Brand new hotel. Exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet with many choices and clean quiet rooms. Staff very helpful providing maps, they were also responsive to inquiries ahead of time. High end lighting-night lights very useful if using toilets at night!Tons of amenities, slippers, robes toothbrush etc.
Reserved foot massages in the hotel spa, but prices were higher compared to establishment in Wulingyuan (understandably given convenience) and there was some upselling of the spa service upgrades. Overall getting foot massages in rooms was nice and relaxing if you don’t want to go out, but keep in mind the additional cost to getting in the town.
Things to note-the hotel allows smoking in the rooms and we were upset to find our neighbor smoked. They lent us an extra quiet air purifier to help with it once we told them. Air conditioning in our room was not functioning so rooms got somewhat hot, we had to open door and windows to let mountain air cool. At night preferred to keep window closed because of some road noises so it could get very warm in night.

It’s near to town and tian men shan. 2nd stay here and they upgraded us.
Good breakfast.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Provide transport to town and tian men shan and airport.
3 mins car ride from airport. 15mins away from town. Clean and new hotel with all facilities.

离张家界国家森林公园东门很近，打车7块多。外国团体较多，吃早餐比较繁忙。设施比较完善，隔音差点，服务人员热情。总体来説满意。周围环境幽雅宁静。

必须给这家希尔顿花园酒店五星好评，作为自由出行，最担心的就是路线和流程问题，没想到提前打电话谘询路线时，工作人员小佳主动添加了微信，耐心指导我们网上购票的每一步，图文结合、条理清晰，完全不用我们费心摸索。到店後，小佳更是热情接待，不仅帮我们快速办理入住，还细致讲解了酒店的设施设备，酒店房间乾净整洁，床品柔软不硌身，设施齐全且操作简单，出来旅行非常适合。太值了！

比较一下张家界国家森林公园附近的酒店特意选了这家，是已开业一段时间的新酒店，设施新，又没有装修味，最主要是希尔顿系列酒店管理很成熟，未入住前酒店一位分管的经理（微信名字Lb）已打电话与我沟通了，对我提出的入住要求都安排妥当，这点非常满意。布草、枕头都是希尔顿标准，舒适、柔软度有选择。房间宽敞乾净，虽然是希尔顿花园，但房间装修和格局比一般希尔顿还好。入住韩国旅行团较多，他们用早餐很早，可以晚点去能避开高峯人流。分管经理推荐的饭店也符合我的口味清淡、用餐环境乾净。

酒店位置不错，武陵源景区很近，就几公里。东门的主要景点，感觉全部在天子山。其他的景点感觉都是後期开发的。酒店房间都不高，此次住在了7号楼的5层。当地土家族的三下锅好像比较就行，味道则就见仁见智吧。酒店不错，保持了希尔顿的水准。
