This guesthouse redefines hospitality! We received a personalized itinerary with secret viewpoints at Tianzi Mountain, and the staff printed French-translated notes for our hike. The newly added mattress softness option (thanks to Xiao Fang’s suggestion) was a game-changer. From the sterilized towels to the universal power adapters at the front desk, every detail was meticulously planned. Cultural immersion at its finest!

Where practicality meets cultural charm! The front desk provides irons and multi-standard plugs, saving us valuable time. What stunned us most was the 4-hour tie-dye workshop – creating unique clothing with local artisans became our trip’s highlight. Combined with the prime location (5-minute walk to the park) and impeccable cleanliness, this place offers unbelievable value. Already planning our return!

Location good
Most important is the lady's boss will propose the best way to travel zhangjiaje and Tiamen mountain.
Also the furong old town. Travellers will get a special discounted price thru the hotel. Valid no worries.

Jay and his wife were really helpful and kind, they gave us so much information and explained every single detail about the National Park in Zhangjiajie and also they got us on the bus to head to the park. They made us feel welcomed. We're definitely recommending this place. ????????????

Exceptional hospitality! The owners used translation apps to help us navigate the park and booked prime-time show tickets. Rooms were spotless with ultra-comfortable beds. The free water bottles and 24/7 hot water were great perks. Unbeatable value!

客栈离东门标志门很近，特别方便。客栈环境舒适安静，如果有需要，买用品或者小吃也很方便。老板人特好，会讲去游玩时的注意事项，让人少踩很多坑并节约了时间，真真的是以顾客为上帝！！！如果大家出游没有选好住宿的地方，这家汉宿客栈真的不错！！！平心而论

这次在张家界的住宿体验非常好！民宿位置离森林公园东门附近，非常方便。我们订的双床房，两张1.5米的大床，我和朋友带着孩子睡都完全够用，很宽敞。客栈提供的管家服务很贴心，有问必答，还给我们详细讲解了旅游路线门票也能帮忙订好，省心很多。关键是还免费停车，对于自驾来的我们蛮友好的。房间乾净整洁，强烈推荐！

房间太惊艳了，200出头的房间，空间超级大，层高很高，躺着看窗外的风景实在太惬意了，四个人住一点都不拥挤，唯一遗憾就是在五楼，好在小杜管家协助我们把行李箱提上来，玩了三四天，大峡谷去了，管家推荐的小团，一起拼了六个人，司机兼导游小姐姐没得话説，人甜心美，这几天太舒服了。客栈周边有一条索溪河，小杜推荐的，沿着河边走过去十分钟，一个小水坝边上，喝点啤酒，吃着烧烤，一个字，爽！
