The location of this inn is absolutely unbeatable! It’s just steps away from Xibu Street, which makes it super convenient to go out for food and drinks in the evening. The Forest Park’s main gate is only a few minutes’ drive away, which saved us a lot of travel time—perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie with ease.
What really stood out was the service here. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They not only gave us detailed suggestions for sightseeing routes but also helped us book discounted attraction tickets. Whenever we had questions while in the park, we could always reach out to Xiao Du! That kind of thoughtful, concierge-like service made our whole trip relaxing and stress-free—no need to worry about planning or potential pitfalls.
Even though the inn is located in a busy area, it’s quiet and comfortable inside, with uniquely decorated exotic vibes. They also offer complimentary parking and laundry/dryer services, which is super convenient for those driving or needing fresh clothes after long days of touring.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to all the attractions.
There are tons of services and amenities around.
The staff here are super friendly and well-trained — they helped me with everything, from sorting out park tickets to giving suggestions — and even hooked me up with a nice discount!
The room was great: clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people with a spacious king-sized bed.
This place is definitely great value for the money and a solid choice.
Highly recommend!

L'emplacement est idéal : à proximité des attractions principales et situé sur une rue commer?ante animée, ce qui permet de trouver facilement tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et d'une grande serviabilité. Ils nous ont aidés à planifier notre itinéraire de voyage et nous ont obtenu des billets à tarif préférentiel. Chaque jour, ils ont organisé nos parcours de découverte de Zhangjiajie. Ce fut une expérience vraiment excellente. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, avec un lit confortable et large — exactement ce qu'il fallait après de longues journées de randonnée et d'exploration. Tout était impeccable. Séjourner ici rend la planification et l'organisation totalement sans stress, et je le recommande vivement !

客栈服务很有人情味。管家看我们爬山回来累，主动给了几瓶矿泉水。帮忙讲解了每个景区的游玩路线。房间隔音不错，能睡好。虽然装修不新，但维护得很乾净。这种细致的照顾让人印象深刻。很赞??值得推荐！

带家人出来玩，选这里主要是看中这个位置去各大景点都很方便，附近就是小吃街，奶茶咖啡店应有尽有，吃喝玩乐很方便。我们住的家庭双床，空间大，天台有烘乾机洗衣机，管家很不错，介绍的游玩路线很适合带孩子。还给我们推荐了吃饭的餐厅，味道不错。客栈提供的免费水和地图很贴心。总的来説，是一次省心满意的住宿。

适合朋友结伴出游 和好朋友一起出来玩，订了这里的双床房。房间空间足够，乾净衞生，住着舒服。客栈附近有小吃街这些都很方便，夜生活丰富。前台帮忙订的魅力湘西演出票有优惠，很划算。有免费的公共区域可以一起聊天规划第二天行程，氛围轻松。总体满意的住宿体验 在客栈住了两天，总体很满意。位置没得説，去哪都方便。服务方面，前台管家很耐心，解决了许多景区方面的疑惑，很喜欢的一家客栈，下次来还会选择这家客栈

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable — the rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials. The double room features a spacious and very comfortable bed.
The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. They didn’t just offer a warm welcome — they also helped me book discounted tickets to Zhangjiajie Park and even put together a personalized tour plan based on how much time I wanted to spend there.
The location is super convenient too — it’s only about one kilometer from the East Gate of the park, making it easy to reach on foot or by taxi. There’s also a vibrant street nearby filled with cafés and shops.
I highly recommend this hotel — you won’t regret it!

肖店长，人很好。刚到人生地不熟，专门来接我们，找停车的地方。为了让我们停，他把他自己的车位让出来了。还帮我们策划行程。屋子挺有特色的，孩子特别喜欢。床睡着也挺舒服的。向大家推荐。

超级喜欢的一家酒店！环境非常好，房间里很漂亮也很干净，双床房空间会比圆床房大。
[性价比]端午假期结束后去的，价格很便宜，非常的实惠啦～而且房间隔音效果很好，晚上挺安静的
[位置]位置就在京溪酒店对面的小巷子里，附近有一家早餐店的粉特别好吃离汽车站和公交站都不远，想去哪里都挺方便的～
[服务]除了房间外最喜欢的就是服务啦，老板娘非常热情，会给你推荐路线，第一天到的时候很晚还帮我们叫了顺风车～
