A very good experience at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Direct airport Rail Link with bridge directly to hotel. Smooth and fast check in, nice room and pools. Delicious breakfast. Definitely recommended

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The service was outstanding — the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
The food was another highlight, with great variety and quality at every meal. The amenities were top-notch and thoughtfully designed, adding to the comfort and relaxation of our experience. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We would highly recommend Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai and would happily return again.

房间整洁且提供的瓶装水很多。并没有特别闻到渠味，不过大厅的香水味跟蚊虫的确是比较多的。
因为是新饭店，餐厅以及游泳池都如饭店资讯漂亮。
室内的高楼层景色也没有被遮蔽，少数缺点应该是马桶不是智能坐垫。

所有入住酒店里我最喜欢的一家
服务超细致 满满超出预期
居住时由于吃路边摊意外肠胃不适但得到了非常多的关怀
环境无可挑剔 无边泳池很美 下次还会再来
唯一不太开心附近好像总很堵 打车等待时间在半小时

酒店位于机场铁路站旁边，往来机场超级方便。
酒店开业不足三年，所以设施非常簇新，布置豪华，员工亦热情有礼。
房间宽敞，环境超级舒适，而且可以享受开扬的曼谷市风景????。
酒店设有两个天际泳池，并且有健身室，是放松身心的好去处。
酒店早餐选择极多，质素高而且非常美味??，不容错过。?

入住体验非常之好，一出??就已经有人招呼你，帮你拎行李，就算员工刚刚行过都会问你有冇需要服务，佢哋嘅早餐好出色，地方大食物选择性又多，环境又舒服，佢哋食早餐嘅时间颇长可以早上6点至到11点?，有个贴心位系可以用佢哋个app嚟补充水或者日用品，唔使打电话真系好方便，同埋佢个app时不时会有啲优惠话你知好似下午茶或者happy hour都有半价，位置嚟讲佢真系好出色，机铁直出，去其他地方都好方便，佢哋嘅泳池有两个，可以花少少时间去游吓水晒吓太阳真系好舒服，佢哋嘅房间较大无论浴室嘅水温同花洒，甚至去到床褥都好舒适，所以今次个旅程好满足，?下次嚟曼谷都会首选这间酒店?

位置：十分方便 天桥连接BTS浅绿色PHATA THAI 站， 不用上落楼梯，出入机场及去Siam , Chit Lom等都十分方便。
早餐也可以， 好处是供应至11am, 适合晚起床的人。
泳池：2个在22楼及37楼，拍照的话22楼个人觉得比较美一点，但人比较多， 37楼也是无边际泳池就小一点及简朴一点。
SPA：住客有15%折扣， 试了按摩+美容120min 折后THB3700,按摩手法也到位。美容护理就 还可以。
洗手间问题：
因为房间洗手间在凌晨时候1-2am开始出现恶臭， 不知是马桶还是水渠的问题，早上起床时又会消失，住2晚都一样， 但每次都是发生在凌晨就没折腾要换房间，关起门就算。 退房时跟柜台投诉了一下让他们去检查一下问题所在， 大堂经理 PLOY 来关注了我的投诉说会跟进， 并主动问我之后要去哪里， 主动安排了交通上的补偿给我，及一直跟送到我上车，令我经历了2晚不舒服后得到些安慰。

New 5 stars hotel with high service standard. Room was comfortable, staffs were all very nice and polite. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was good, similar to Amari's breakfast standard. A very nice hotel to stay in. BTS few mins away frm the hotel, just 15-20mins bike distance to pratunam.

What I can say for this hotel is, I can’t find any no comments on it. New, clean with excellent location. Once you jumped on an airport express train, in 30mins, you will arrive the the terminal station which only take less than 5mins walk to hotel lobby without stepping on the busy street. Because the path and bridge to hotel is wholly covered.
Nearby the hotel (also less than 5mins walk), already have famous massage shop, award coffee shop and convenient shop. And to famous shopping area is just 15mins.
Hotel room is clean, bright and spacious eough! 2 swimming pools and the buffet breakfast are also very satisfying.
Definitely will choose this hotel again when I visit Bangkok next time.
