Excellent location near Phaya Thai BTS and ARL station - a 3-minute walk with shelter. After You Dessert right outside Hotel 1/F. Amazing breakfast buffet offered - from Thai to western options. Every decoration looks stunning. Staff are all friendly and attentive. Can't be better.

This hotel is super amazing with location just beside the BTS Sky Train and Airport link. It’s super convenient to reach the hotel directly from BKK airport and travel around to anywhere in Bangkok. The hotel is clean and their plus point will be the breakfast buffet, there are so many choices on food and drinks. There are 2 swimming pool also make the stay even better, strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming for vacation in Bangkok.

Service
Thailand indeed is a country of smile. Super friendly and welcoming staffs, service was quick and on point.
Hotel room
We booked a deluxe which is comfy and space sufficient. Clean and on high floor, city view. Well maintained and pretty new as you could tell.
Breakfast
A lot of varieties, well setup and balanced, they also offer some Japanese food as well. Love their mix juices for morning booster, detox, etc.
Overall, a very good experience with this hotel. Definitely will choose it again next time we go to Bangkok and excellent location connected to BTS Phayathai where it takes you to many hot spots already.

Excellent location with direct connection to the airport rail train line. A really good option to avoid the terrible traffic congestion in Bangkok. Just 2 stations away from Siam station to get to shopping area. Hotel is new and the lobby is very pretty. Highly recommended

这次是我第二次入住这间酒店，但今次我选择了更高楼层房型，景观更美更开场。还有这次能享用酒店lounge，免费tea，任饮cocktail，物超所值????往后来曼谷都会入住这间酒店，推介

今次带屋企人黎泰国，佢地好满意，酒店一楼就有条天桥直接到BTS (Phaya Thai站) 好方便，唔洗要佢地成日行楼梯级，呢样佢地赞左好耐??酒店空间好大，设计系好干净既靓，好舒适，大堂好多梳化比人等车等人。房间好阔落，???好锺意佢光线充足，张床好够大，好适合同家人旅游。37,38楼有得做spa，又有两个无边际泳池，呢间酒店真系冇得顶??对面就有一间let’s relax，一楼通往BTS又有间after you。泰国好多靓酒店，但系屋企人都讲定下次都会拣返呢间????

卫生：干净，很新，打扫的也很好。
服务：迎宾热情礼貌，前台有个会中文的小姐姐服务特别好，中文也很标准。下载了app餐饮有优惠。
早餐很一般，人有点多，没有评价的那么好。
环境：22楼的泳池很棒，人不多，还送了两杯饮品。

服务很不错，我喜欢酒店的早餐。 靠近地铁，很方便。酒店对面咖啡的也很好喝。 酒店工作人员服务很好，还会帮我打grab driver电话。酒店前台在我的孩子牙疼的时候，会很热心地帮我找附近小童牙医，感谢！ 酒店20多楼，有家地中海的餐厅，龙虾面很不错??！
