Celebrando mi jubilación con 190 invitados, fiesta de recordar para la vida. En el salón cúpula el espacio para todos los invitados durante la comida y fiesta baile posterior fue increíble, pudimos disfrutar del salón teniendo todo junto sin tener que abandonar las mesas para quienes no querían bailar.

Fabulous resort just outside of Benidorm. We stayed at The Level and had a large room with terrace and access to the lounge for snacks and drinks including alcohol. Our bedroom included a seating area, a dressing area and robe and slippers with Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The complex was amazing included a spa / gym area and sits on a golf course. We walked into Benidorm that took about an hour with wide and safe footpaths. We had a half-board package and this was definitely a great option as breakfast had so much choice with fresh produce and an egg station. Dinner included lots of choice and fresh meat / fish station.

What a beautiful place! A jewel in Benidorm and certainly not what you’d expect find in a tranquil, serene haven a stone’s throw from Benidorm! From the attentive staff (Jose, the general manager is a credit to the Melia group) to the heated pool, food and drinks but as good as they are they still pale compare to the stunning views and gorgeous rooms! This resort is unmissable!

I have just returned with a friend from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel, I just cannot understand some of the bad reviews, we just couldn't fault it. We went for a Level room which was huge with a seating area, large bedroom area with extremely comfy twin beds. There was also a walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was lovely with a separate shower, bath and double sinks and good quality Rituals toiletries and clean towels every day. The room was spotless. We had an amazing view across the golf course and across to the sea and Benidorm in the distance. Food was lovely with freshly cooked fish and meats as well as other dishes and plenty of salads etc. The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too. The Level pool was heated which was good and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were very good. All in all a fabulous break, highly recommended.

Celebramos nuestra boda en la Cúpula del hotel y podemos resumir nuestra experiencia diciendo que todo fue PERFECTO!! Absolutamente todo salió fenomenal y lo más importante, los novios disfrutamos como unos invitados más de la celebración, sin preocuparnos absolutamente de nada. Toda nuestra familia y todos los invitados nos trasladaron un sin fin de elogios por la profesionalidad y el magnífico trato recibido desde la llegada al hotel hasta su partida. La cocina espectacular, todo delicioso y en su punto. La planificación , el servicio y la atención tan profesional no pudo ser mejor.

Very bad hotel, bad service, not friendly, lies on website, Pools are closed, cold water, looks like a ghosttown. Food is very bad, tate like rubber, Chemical food. All sofa’s are dirty, rooms are old and dirty and we booked a junior suite.

Decidimos elegir este sitio para casarnos por las maravillosas vistas, ya que es un lugar como de encanto, es como si no estuvieras en Benidorm, te olvidas de todo por su encanto y sinceramente no he podido quedar más contento con el equipo Meliá Villaitana y su capitana Esther Rodríguez, absolutamente contento en todos los aspectos, un trato y atención al cliente absolutamente brutal, directamente sin fallos, nada de mentiras en el catering y todo buenísimo, nos sentimos como en casa tanto con la gestión como en mi misma boda, si queréis hacer una boda de ensue?o, contactar con ellos.

De ser mi favorito ha pasado a no querer ir más por estas dos últimas noches. La pulsera no abría mi habitación y me he pasado más tiempo yendo a recepción que en la piscina. Para colmo, organizan una fiesta con discoteca cerca de mi habitación y no podemos dormir, llamo a recepción y me cambian a la 1 de la ma?ana a otra habitación en la que me llevan en buggy y está bastante lejos con mi madre de 70 a?os y bastante frío fuera. Llegamos y la habitación es superior en compensación pero estaba congelada, hemos pasado una noche de perros con la habitación helada, ni siquiera un lo siento o unas disculpas. El personal de recepción es antipático y poco profesional, la habitación llena de pelos ,lo de 5* ya no es lo que era. No volveré jamás por el trato que me han dado ya que no estoy pagando 100€ la noche.

A minha família ficou alojada no Meliá Villaitana, em Benidorm, em outubro de 2025. Toda a estadia correu muito bem — o staff foi incrivelmente simpático e prestável, oferecendo sempre toda a assistência necessária. A Lúcia, do Kids Club, foi incansável e mostrou uma simpatia enorme para com as nossas filhas, de 4 e 2 anos, que se divertiram imenso nas atividades do clube. Sem dúvida, é um destino onde gostaríamos de voltar e um hotel a repetir!

Lovely room, were not advised not all restaurants would be open and what was open is very confusing - not even all staff seemed to know, amenities closed at short notice without warning (gym/shop/reception), confusion over what had/had not been paid for on check out, no other options to get snacks when shop is closed, food quality was excellent, gym equipment needs updating but there is a good variety, beautiful buildings and location
