The hotel has been cleverly and tastefully designed, lots of nice features. Our room was basic, clean and spacious enough, nice bathroom toiletries. First three days the place felt dead, almost too quiet, then a convention came and all changed, hundreds of them. No tables at breakfast, their needs seem to take priority over us who paid for all inclusive. No room service on the 11th. Asked twice for drinking water to swallow medication with (I have kidney disease) not going to pay €3.50 for water from mini bar. No water arrived until I got in touch with Tui but this only happened for two days, no water arrived yesterday. No ice cream yesterday. No pool towels until 11am. No seats at breakfast due to convention and 80% of food eaten. Got excited last night at buffet when I saw Asian noodles- they were cold. Funnily enough I hate complaining but I need to do an honest review. All staff were friendly and polite, pools are lovely and clean. The sad thing is I wouldn’t come back nor recommend. This basic water issue in a region where tap water drinking isn’t encouraged is a real major issue. Keeping hydrated and having water in order to swallow tablets with at bed surely is a human right? 30 years I’ve been travelling and this is the first time I haven’t received basic bottle drinking water in the room. All inclusive isn’t worth it here, no coffee making facilities in room, the buffet choices are few and most of the restaurants are closed all the time. I feel this hotel could do so much better with just some minor tweaks.

Nos encanta. Venimos desde 2012. Ahora como ya no traemos ni?os acudimos en estas fechas y el hotel mantiene unos altos ratios de calidad de servicio. Los campos de golf espectaculares igual que las piscinas. Si vas en estas fechas es un hotel de tranquilidad. El trato humano de sobresaliente. Destacar en el golf como todos los a?os a Rita y Carlos que me tratan de maravilla. En el hotel cecilia, michel, alex, paloma, livia y por supuesto al mando isabel. Casi se me olvida lo peligroso es la comida, porque es imposible volver a casa con el peso que entraste. Variedad y gran calidad.

Really nice hotel. Lovely and clean. It has a feel of a small town. The staff were all really helpful. Rooms were lovely and clean. We went all inclusive with jet 2. I have been on many all inclusive holidays, this does not include the snacks or drinks in the mimi bar, so not quite all inclusive. That said. It was a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Its about a 15min ride in a taxi to Benidorm. You look down on it from the hills above.

Great hotel. So much to do. We have 2 boys 10 and 6. Loads of pools. Loads of restaurants. We played tennis or padel most days and the attached club was so good. Food was very good in all the restaurants. Only downside our room was quite dated when we arrived. We spoke to reception and the immediately moved us to a better room which was much better. Loads of parking on site. Easy drive into Benidorm old town. Will be back.

Une très belle découverte! Nous comptons y retourner. L’h?tel nous a paru beaucoup plus beau en vrai que sur les photos du site. Une vraie sensation d’espace, et beaucoup de charme (ce qui est rare dans les h?tels de ce type avec kids club). Une équipe kids club et sport incroyable, très sympa et aux petits soins. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit déjeuner et le buffet. A notre sens, le Level vaut le coup: le restaurant du level est sur une jolie terrasse sur pilotis au-dessus de la piscine, accès à des cours de sport additionnels, accès à un lounge avec boissons et snacks ce qui est pratique notamment avec des enfants qui ont des petits creux en dehors des heures de repas.

Hola llevamos una semana alojados y el alojamiento deja mucho que desear… habitaciones con aire que no funciona bien… intentaron arreglarlo y nada, solicitamos un cambio de habitación y nos mandaron muy lejos y les dijimos que no….secador que no funciona… solicito un cambio y me lo hicieron a los dos días tras volver a solicitarlo … lo colocan y no funcionaba y todo lo que habían manchado dos días sin limpiar en la encimera del ba?o, hasta que coloque un papel que ponía que lo limpiaran. habitaciones muy deterioradas, puertas rotas, rejillas de aire muy guarras enchufes negros y que se soltaban de la pared , ba?os bastante sucios, tacos que sujetan los espejos y en cuanto a las instalaciones necesitan una buena reforma para ser un Meliá cuatro estrellas. Para nada hemos quedado con ganas de volver ni de recomendar….

This is the second time we have stayed here and the good bits are the design of the hotel, the views and the pools. The staff are generally friendly and pleasant. Remembering this is an expensive hotel I’d say the rooms are good but the lack of replacement water is not great. For a family of 4 you should get free replacement water each day. The suite has a comfy bed but the sofa bed is small for kids who are older than 5 or 6. Rooms seemed well soundproofed. The food in each restaurant is generally ok. The buffet breakfast is a sensory overload with huge volumes of people but once you navigate the environment the food is good enough. Pricing wise the a la Carter places are good value for money when coming from the UK and the staff were attentive but they could do with more colleagues to help them! Entertainment wise, the staff all have lots of enthusiasm but compared to last year there was a real lack of attempt to communicate at all in English which meant the non Spanish speaking kids can feel disconnected with the kids club activities. However, the kids club staff were all very genuine and friendly. The pools were good but the beach area was full of discarded cups and left over food. Not cleaned for the the 3 hours we were there.The Mexican restaurant kiosk was a good option but being told to come back in 20 minutes to order food rather than take a food order and just deal with them in order was poor form and created a degree of chaos It is a real contrast from Benidorm Town and we recognise it is for 90% Spanish visitors but whilst we had no issues with communication 10% of the shows and the kids club could have given a little bit more for intentional travellers.

Villaitana es un fijo en las vacaciones de nuestra familia. Calidad Meliá en su mayor expresión. Atención personalizada, a pesar de unas instalaciones tan extensas, cuidan a sus clientes hasta el más ínfimo detalle. Hemos visitado varios de sus restaurantes y siempre nos sorprenden. Instalaciones magnificas cudadas al detalle.

Nueva visita a nuestro querido Meliá Villaitana y …. Volvemos a salir encantados !!!! Agradecer a todo el EQUIPO los cuidados, el mimar el hotel como lo hacéis y la pasión que proyectáis. Muchas gracias a Carla y a todo el equipo GEX, a las Jefaturas de Sector y camareras y camareros de Mosaico, a Gonzalo y resto de personal de cocina por sus tortillas Villaitana y por el impresionante buffet diario, al personal de pisos, al chico que nos abrió la sombrilla con tanta pasión, al chico que nos ayudó con las toalllas con tanta disposición, a recepción, tanto en la llegada como en la salida, a personal de mantenimiento y jardinería por tener el hotel tan precioso, a seguridad por su ayuda la noche del miércoles y por supuesto a Luis y al equipo de Dirección. Deseando llegar al a?o que viene y repetir nuestra visita de inicio de verano !!

Estuve para mi cumple en abril con mi familia Nos encanta ir al hotel A mis hijas les gusta mucho todo el programa de actividades La habitación estaba muy bien Estábamos alojados en The level y tanto la limpieza como el resto de servicios eran fantásticos La comida fue genial. Probamos Papa mambo, Casa Nostra y Casa Club Le doy un 10 a todo
