Suitable for bring family for vacation. Breakfast also nice and so delicious! U can get nasi dagang also for the breakfast. Staff from the reception check in until the bellboy, all are helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for the pleasant trip.

The room was clean and the location is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, though the taste was just average. Overall, it’s a nice place for quality time and you can definitely spend the whole day at the hotel.

Stayed at Club King room facing the sea, beautiful view. Check in was fast and was warmly welcome by reception staff. Enjoyed the club lounge high tea & dinner, special thanks to Hana and her intern for a remarkable service. Recommended resort for healing and even had the opportunity to shoot some faunas. Tasty & varieties of foods served during breakfast.

酒店位置环境不错，如果是浪小的季节一定更好。服务员都很热情友善。提前沟通去庆祝生日酒店送了小蛋糕。家庭房面积不小，床也够用，但房间设施确实陈旧，隔音也不是很好，走廊里有人打喷嚏，隔壁连接房看电视、拉窗帘、开门等等声音都能听到。发霉的被子更难以接受

Love the hotel so much. It really lived up to it's 'seaview' location! Breakfast was facing the sea. Although there may be seabreeze, having more fans might help on days there isn't much wind(@Kampung Restaurant)
Within walking distance, you may opt to eat local food, fast food like Mac Donalds and KFC are just nearby. You may also chill at Starbucks or Chagee just beside the resort.
All in all, we had a blast with the bbq dinner. Although it would have been better if it was outdoors, we enjoyed ours inside as the weather was gloomy that evening.
Hyatt Kuantan, we'll come back soon! Next time, more rooms ??
