洗澡时，花洒架突然掉落，差点砸到头和脚，很吓人。给酒店投诉，要求维修、赔偿，酒店安排人维修了，但是没有给任何道歉、赔偿。

可以永远相信凯悦系，服务很好，酒店环境很新，特别喜欢尚萃的装修风格；位置也很好，交通方便，可以步行到伯威年和双子塔；房间阳台可以看到双子塔，顶楼泳池视野绝佳；下次来吉隆坡还住这里

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the doorman. We proceeded to check in before unloading our bags. While I was expecting a bellboy to offer assistance, none came initially and I had to ask for help. Perhaps assistance is more readily offered to guests with larger luggage, as we only had a few duffle bags—benefit of the doubt given.
Valet parking is mandatory. It’s reasonably priced, but it would be great if the hotel could consider providing complimentary or self-parking for guests, even if limited to one car per room.
The pool area was clean and well maintained. The view of the Petronas Twin Towers was lovely, although only one tower was visible from the pool—still a nice touch nonetheless.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay overall.
Overall, a good experience with room for small improvements in service and parking convenience.

整体出游体验很好~环境也安静，在市区的位置去KLCC各种地方都方便，楼下全家星巴克都有~整体来説很不错！但是早餐类别偏少，比较local，中餐西餐类别都差点意思
