总体还是很不错的，地理位置去双子塔很方便。打车到其他景点也不远，酒店设施也很新。?顶楼的泳池很不错，孩子很喜欢。?门口有人给开车门，服务也很热情。?

缺点是略贵，不过我们是除夕入住也就认了。
位置和房间都很棒，阳台很好评，不过吉隆坡市内交通实在麻烦，酒店离双子塔很近但是走过却要绕不少路

屋顶能看见双子塔，无边泳池漂亮，健身房设施齐全，房间装修工业风，自助餐非常丰富好吃，餐厅在顶楼下 2 层，可以坐在外面边吃饭边看风景，顶楼是酒吧，泳池，健身房。这是我最喜欢的酒店。

酒店位置优越，临近KLCC、地铁站。
自助早餐款式丰富，丰盛美味。从房外看出的市景超级漂亮。顶楼有健身中心，运动器械都超水准。健身房前面就是无边界泳池。泳池景观实在绝美！泳池边就是酒吧餐厅。晚上如果不出酒店，就在泳池边喝酒、听歌看夜景也挺享受。

This is my first time staying at this hotel because I saw many posts on Xiaohongshu recommending it, so I wanted to give it a try. I also saw people sharing that from 1/12–18/12 there’s a “scratch & win” event for hotel guests, but when I checked in, nobody informed or asked me to join. That was quite disappointing.
For a 5-star hotel, there’s also no free parking — we still had to pay RM10 for the entry fee. The breakfast experience was also quite funny. Every table has a menu, so you’re supposed to be able to order from your table, but the staff told us we could only order at the counter. I was like… what’s the point of the menu then?
Overall, I paid an extra RM172.80 expecting good service, but the experience and the food were just very normal.

Took the King corner room, spacious room with Bose speakers. Service was impressive and the staff goes beyond their way to help. Great location and restaurant, amazing breakfast spread at the rooftop restaurant.

Typical Hyatt qualities which always deliver! The modern rustic design works surprisingly well! I do appreciate the Malaysian touch where the staff were wearing Malaysian Batik.
Breakfast spread was great but do hope they add more varieties.

Pros: I enjoyed the good breakfast and the beautiful infinity pool. I booked a spacious corner room, though the bathtub drainage was slightly slow.
Cons: The hotel is located on a busy road. While it's only a 10-minute walk to Pavilion shopping mall, calling a Grab car often resulted in long wait times.

The infinity pool wa great with klcc skyline views love dip in their pool. Il forno restaurant view and breakfast spread is good but the staff attitude need to be improved as some staff are showing no smile face etc.
