Our staycation here is nothing short of excellent. The room has a good scent when we first entered, and we loved the wooden vibe the hotel room has. The room is very comfortable and had a good nights rest. There is a filtered water tap in the bathroom, which eases our needs for drinking water.
Me and my partner felt that we should have booked an additional night to enjoy the room more.
As I booked this hotel for a new years eve stay, the room we had windows facing TRX, allowing us to see the new years fireworks from the comfort of the hotel room.
Although variety of the breakfast buffet is not one of the best I've had among luxury hotels, but it has great taste and does fulfill your needs for a hearty breakfast.
Definitely consider this hotel for next staycations

We stayed here on NYE, room was a little small but cosy. Hotel manager surprised us with a free tart to welcome the new year. In room TV can do chromecast to our own Netflix. We had a room facing TRX and enjoyed the fireworks in the comfort of our room. Amazing location right next to lot10 & pavilion bukit bintang 10mins walking distance to changkat for more food options. 10/10 will recommend.

酒店位置不错，但是对中国人不友好。房间安排角落房，而且我们定了两间居然给我们两个房间都是角落房，绝对不是凑巧。入住后发现房间窗户漏水严重，去前台沟通后换房间安排的居然依旧还是角落房。差评，预订这个价格角落房很过分。

相对吉隆坡来説，这个酒店并不算很好。但是衞生可以，地理位置可以，服务也还可以。
总结，
价格比起其他网红店偏贵点。房间不够大，没啥拍照打卡点。
优点，地理位置可以。去啊罗街，去新峯肉骨茶，吃海鲜，商场等都比较方便，步行即可。
对面就是金河广场，坐观光车的总站，这个很方便。

因为在Mega Star演唱会所以订了这家酒店，距离场馆所在的商场只需过一条马路，步行约4–5分钟，非常方便。备注了生日，客房还帮忙做了生日布置、送了蛋糕。早餐丰盛，房间宽敞舒适，整体性价比高。

带家里人去大马玩，最后一天在KL这家订了4间房住了一晚，其实真的挺不错的不知道为什么评分不高，除了用携程活动券check in时有一间没查到耽搁了一会还有大马哪里都一样的办理速度比较慢。
设施：房间真的很乾净，打扫的也很乾净。分两个楼，矮的那个楼房间好像装修的都比较新。位置也离柏威年等步行就可以，特别方便。推荐给大家。

All is good except we don’t feel very welcoming upon arrival due to the hotel staff that check us in. Whatever we ask for was rejected, no rooms, no late check out until last night we have to inform them again. We were tired after long travelling, expected a warm welcome but instead was a series of I’m sorry, no this no that.
Breakfast was good. The only complaint of the room will be the shower pressure. It was extremely small, and water temp not stable. You will need a longer time for shower. My friend stayed in another room witj rain shower, huge water pressure.
Oh yah they do not give out bottled water, only a filtered water fountain for you to refill your water, so you will need water bottles!
Our view from the room was good though!

The room is spacious and clean. Convenient location to many places in Bukit Bintang area. The sales manager arranged to give a surprise as it is still my birthday month. Recommended for a short gateway in KL.
