  It was a 10/10 stay for us! The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked the themed family suite and we were originally a little worried of its condition based on its reviews here, but our worries were unfound! The rooms were well maintained and our kids (aged 5 and 1) had so much fun. Our requests were all met, including the cot and a surprise for my parents as they were celebrating their anniversary :) Special shoutout to Syaffiq from the breakfast restaurant. He was SO helpful. He noticed that my father couldn’t walk well and offered to get him a table nearer to the food aisle, and even suggested getting us additional seats instead of moving us to a further bigger table when I highlighted that I need two more seats. Would definitely stay here again!

  KL Staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL ? Had a lovely staycation here and the location is absolutely perfect! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to Jon at the front desk, he’s such a gem! Despite the long weekend rush and a packed lobby, he attended to us with genuine friendliness. It was my belated birthday, and I really appreciated the thoughtful wishes & allowing us for a late check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — we had a great night’s sleep. Loved the strong rain shower and complete toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, even a hair dryer). We also chilled at The Botanist Lounge & Bar. Usually there’s live music, but since I dropped by on a Monday it was quiet and calm — perfect for a drink, some chats, or even a good read. Breakfast at Thyme was another highlight. The buffet spread is wide and satisfying, with plenty of choices. Pro tip: go before 8.30–9am for a more relaxed experience (breakfast runs from 6.30am–10.30am). Getting around is a breeze too — the hotel is surrounded by malls and connected to public transport. You’ve got Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Starhill, and Pavilion KL just steps away. From Pavilion, you can even walk through the connecting bridge all the way to Suria KLCC and the Convention Centre. Plus, the MRT nearby takes you straight to TRX, one of KL’s newest malls. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality, amazing location, and thoughtful touches that made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for a city getaway! ??

  I highly recommend ParkRoya Collection because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Easy access Public Transport location for train and bus stops. This hotel is within walking distance to bukit bintang station and MRT, very convenient. The hotel also within walking distance to food (Lot 10, Jalan Alor) centre as well as supermarket and shopping malls. Parking available for in-house guests at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur, but there is a fee for the parking, which is MYR 2.20 per entry for self-parking, plus an additional charge for valet parking at MYR 40 per day.

  酒店邻近多个商场，美食集中地，购物亦都非常方便。 房间足够空间，唯没有樽装水。 早餐食物丰富，都是下次到吉隆坡的首选

  柜台人员服务亲切，早餐buffet 多种选择，非常好吃！ 房间干净整齐，唯一知道的是，吹风机千万不能在房间里面吹，要在浴室里面吹，要不然会跳电！ 第一次在外旅游时所遇到的囧事！

  酒店位置很好，周边都是旅游胜地，基本上出名的食肆也在附近走路就能到达，酒店前台服务态度也很好,就是洗手间会有一点味道。

  窗外景色不错，有点像晴空塔，不过入住第一晚毛巾架就断了，留言第二天只是重新装了上去，没有固定……令人惊讶的设施维护。早餐还可以后，门口礼宾服务很好。
