All is excellent. A truly top-class stay for families. The room was very clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the food was delicious with a great variety. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location is very convenient and easy to access.
The kids’ pool with the slide and the playground were fantastic. Our children really enjoyed their time and had so much fun staying here, which made our family trip even more memorable.
This was our first time staying here, and we were very impressed. We will definitely return whenever we are in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended.

The check in was a bit awkward - there was no staff waiting at the door to help with the luggage so the valet guy had to help with our bags. We were grateful that the valet staff was helpful. At the check in counter, i didnt know that the whole process had completed so i just stood at the counter & waiting for the male staff to come back. I had to ask the lady at the next counter to ask if theres anything else needed and if i could go.
We checked in around 2pm, and the room was clean. Basic necessity was there. However, i dont see any kids friendly amenities. We had mentioned that we were there to celebrate our kid's birthday, and there was a happy birthday deco on the bed - so that was nice.
The pools area were huge but the area for kids was a bit small. I was expecting a bigger area haha had a high expectation especially after watching tiktok videos.
Overall, Renaissance is a 7/10. It ticks all the basic things expected from a hotel stay, but if you are expecting some out of the ordinary treatment / amenities, you'll be left disappointed.

离双子塔很近，旁边就是咖啡山地铁站，出行方便，服务不错，房间不算小，梳化床其实也不小，大小孩也可以睡得下

隔音真的不行，住了几天，天天有吵的不行！太吵了！其它方面还可以！门口就是能看到双子塔！春节变红色！很应景的！

各方面都很一般。服务不好。感觉酒店的前台和礼宾部都很冷漠。
本来定的含早晚餐的套餐，由于第一晚航班很晚，抵达时已经晚上十点多了，商量当晚的晚餐能否换到退房那晚，酒店怎么都不同意。
营销大于实际，吉隆坡太多好酒店选择，也很多遛娃的地方，不必纠结于这一个。

当天14.15点办理入住，但并不很顺利，最后等到15点也没入住，入住时间等到了15.30，梳化床也没及时建立。这是我们马来西亚第一站的宾馆，为了更舒适，还定了套间，房间还是挺大的，两个衞生间也很方便，就是有一点不太隔音。另外早餐确实丰盛，还是值得游玩。

酒店泳池太赞了，客房衞生及服务都很棒，带娃的家庭强推，另外泳池的安全工作人员很负责，小食性价比也很高

很牛的酒店，设施非常好。适合带着孩子玩，有两个孩子专属的滑梯，泳池的景观非常好，酒店还有配套的酒吧和中餐厅

酒店离双子塔800米远，步行12分钟就到，对面有个轻轨站，坐两个站就到柏威年商圈，设施非常适合亲子，有小童游乐区，游泳区，早餐就一般吧

地理位置很好，但是隔音做的不好，尤其是在市中心，很多摩托，改装车炸街，半夜非常吵。特别是还选择了看KL 塔的那一面临街，估计普通的一侧会好很多。
