  I’ve been to other luxury hotel but St Regis is the best so far.. Everything is awesome n perfect.. Will definitely come again..

  I was secretly disappointed with this place because we were staying at a hotel but we couldn't go into the children's play area and had to pay for it, which was funny. You have to pay 80 - 160rm per child to play. The room is very good. service is very good.

  酒店职员服务态度非常良好和友善，每位酒店职员都带着灿烂的笑容与你沟通，酒店设备齐全，位置方便，行路只需10分钟内便到中央车站，酒店另提供中央车站与酒店之间来回的接驳巴士。

  首先，大家选酒店时要先理解品牌的定位，瑞吉的装修设计风格不管是浮罗交怡这间度假酒店或者吉隆坡的这间，都是奢华装修风，大量覆墙板上墙和石材大量使用，瑞吉套房面积很大，还带按摩房，可以预约上来按摩。前台的Mr.Yan yap很年轻，很广东人的味道，对话也很舒服。你有什麽需要我相信都可以向华裔寻求。早餐也很适宜，精简，不要总是一大堆吃的摆设做的不好多了也没用。不好的地方是地理位置，出门都需要Grab叫车，不过看你住酒店什麽的地了，带孩子不是很适合，商务或者和女友情人，夫妻则很适合！我评价应该很中肯的啦。大家参考噢

  理想中的酒店，无论是价格还是服务设施，给我感觉是静谧不会很吵klcc那边的酒店我住的很多，购物方便但是太过於嘈杂，再加上我对窗外的地标性建筑物无感，智者见智，喜欢静谧私隐的可以，唯一不便利就是需要配司机。没司机的前台帮忙叫车出行也可以

  Nice hotel. Booked for 4 days and 3 nights for lake and garden view but only could see hotel pool. ?? Requested for same floor with another room which was granted. Deposit was hefty though. Enjoyed the breakfast. Super big room. Comfortable even for 4 people. Was charged for plug adapter “rent” but the hotel was kind enough to waive it. Basic swimming pool. Ot was super cold due to the wind. Kids club is chargeable per entry but was pretty simplistic too. But services are tip top.
