Great boutique hotel, modern design and very good service! Staff is friendly and breakfast was good too! Spa was also a surprise with long pool.. water could be a bit warmer thou! We will be back

We had a blast. Lovely hotel and amazing service and staff. The Hanover bar has an amazing view and their cocktails are delicious Will come back

Exquisite bedroom suite with luxurious finishes throughout. Courteous, genuine, professional and caring staff. Overall an amazing hotel and could not have asked for a better stay over in London and highly recommend it to create lifetime memories !

Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return.

A perfectly positioned hotel for shopping in Mayfair, I believe it has been open a year or so, lovely design and cosy quiet feel, the staff are really lovely and helpful, a couple are yet to acquire a true 5* presence and level of service. I was disappointed in the food on offer for a 5* hotel. The downstairs hotel restaurant had amazing architecture by the way of glass roof and lift, but a very small menu and closed at 3pm each day, the only thing on offer after that was sushi menu in rooftop bar. I’ve never stayed in a 5* hotel that doesn’t offer afternoon tea and sandwiches. You could however order a club sandwich from room service. I’m disappointed to say that was a 4/10 toasted sourdough was difficult to eat and not part of a traditional go to 5* hotel club sandwich. I have never seen so many uber rat delivery’s coming into a hotel lobby, that tells a story about the menu on offer. There was building work going on next door that vibrated noise early in the morning to the rooms. Would I chose this hotel again? Unfortunately not.

Wonderful experience, beautiful new Mandarin Oriental right in the middle of Mayfair. Room was great, restaurant and room service were fantastic, bartenders from the rooftop were wonderful, reception, housekeeping, concierge, all fabulous, friendly, attentive and pleasant. Their bellmen, FD staff Liam, Liandra, concierge Cassindra, just to mention some, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We loved our stay, enjoyed the bday amenities, and had a fantastic time. We shall return!

优点：地点没话说，缺点：套房很小、隔壁是工地，每天早上不到8点被迫跟着开工一起起床、早餐很一般，性价比不高

Fantastic stay in Mayfair. Very modern design , great team, love the rooftop bar with Sushi and good cocktails ! Location is perhaps the best in all London !! I be back ... fantastic Hotel

My stay at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair was fantastic! The staff were amazing, the restaurants outstanding, the rooftop stunning, and the spa absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to return!
