I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of – attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The restaurants were outstanding, offering both exceptional food and service. The rooftop is a real highlight – stylish, vibrant, and perfect for enjoying the views of Mayfair. The spa was another wonderful experience, with serene surroundings and treatments that left me completely relaxed. Every detail of my stay was perfect. A truly luxurious hotel with an amazing team behind it. I can’t wait to return!

Had an amazing stay at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the location is perfect. What truly stood out was the staff – incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. They made the experience for me and my daughter exceptional. Highly recommend!

We had our lunch at the hotel restaurant last Friday to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday celebration. We had such an amazing time. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional as usual. Big shout out to Rita, who was so attentive throughout the service. My dad was made to feel very special indeed. Thank you! Also thank you to Holly and the talented head chef Sandy. Such a memorable experience for us all.

Das Hotel ist perfekt zentral gelegen. Vieles l?sst sich zu Fuss erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Schlafkomfort ist ausgezeichnet. Unsere Suite war sehr sch?n und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Für einmal waren wir in einem Hotel, wo die Domotik gut konzipiert wurde und deshalb einfach zu bedienen war. Der Service war überall hervorragen. Uns wurde immer geholfen, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Schade, dass das Frühstück nicht als Buffet angeboten wird. Die Qualit?t der Speisen war top, aber die Auswahl etwas beschr?nkt. Das ist jedoch klagen auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Dekoration hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr passend zum Geb?ude Preis/Leistung stimmt hier und wir kommen gerne wieder

位置优越，服务不错，房间太小（与广告中的33平方米）根本不符，而且窗外杂音太大，而且根本看不到任何景色，房间设施，卫生间太小，除了淋浴（根本没有泡澡池）整个设施只能类同于四星以下或商务宾馆，性格比根本不值（达一万多元一晚）
