  从check in开始就是灾难，柜台服务人员感觉心情不好，介绍也随便说随便敷衍乱比一通，从地下室停完车搭电梯才发现只能搭到二楼，又要走到另一方向才能上楼。 浴室里提供的毛巾浴巾脱线到像抹布，冷气调到21.5度还是不会冷，整晚没办法睡因为天花板上侦测器红灯一直闪，冷气声音一阵一阵很大声。 完全没有凯悦该有的品质

  I’m impressed by the modern feel of the hotel with modern designs, amenities that are human centred. Room is clean and feels new. However, the wifi is not stable and not that powerful. Location a bit off as it is still a walking distance to any convenience store, metro system and shopping areas.

  The room was spacious and very clean, nice and quiet environment, bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommended couple/solo travellers.

  房间挺大挺舒适，但以4星酒店来说清洁一般，房间外的饮水机的热水给封了用不了，而且早餐方面真的不好吃，是小型的精品饭店比它还好吃，宁愿出去步行8分钟到外面宏汇广场吃早餐。

  Altough its far from public transport and city, but the view was amazing, got a nice full breakfast, a super spacious room and clean with comfy bed. Best for looking for comfort!

  Thank God for the room was upgraded and we had a nice stay. Good breakfast available, except one had to bear with the group travellers with different culture. Will consider coming back.
