Very close to 士林, suitable for families who wish to go to the 亲子活动there. But need to take taxi.
The MTR station is 13 mins far, but hotel will offer you shuttle bus to there (30 mins / round)

位于新北 距离机铁站步行约10-15分钟
酒店较新净 房间也算大 清洁企理 早餐也很丰盛
也不乏外国人来住 整体而言性价比也可以

楼下有家牛排店很好吃，很多人来用餐！19楼有洗衣服跟干衣服的 里面也可以用微波炉热菜，大堂有免费的柠檬水跟免费咖啡可以用，走10分钟左右有捷运站 也是很方便！

除了第一天入住时lobby没有bell service, 只有前枱两人，因有日本团客，前枱像很忙，查询解答shuttle service不清析外，其他还可以….hardware就昰一般凯悦标准。早餐平日是一般，九时半左右已不补充吃完的菜色，这有点不太好，周末的早餐的款色会丰富点，可能是接着有lunch buffet的关系。房间比台北市区酒店大但位置偏远，除了近宏汇广场外没有可取之处，自由行不自驾者建议慎选。

酒店位置方便，步行10分钟内有捷运站，可直达台北火车站。酒店附近步行5分钟有7–11房间乾净企理，每天也有人清洁。早餐丰富有台式及西式料理，也有日式荞麦面温泉蛋之类。?
我们两家人一共要了两间房，要求同层也能做到，整体很满意。

Pluses:
The room we were in had great views and was big and comfortable.
There is a nice shopping centre with lots of food options, just a 5 mins walk away.
There is a train station 10 min walking distance from the hotel. Otherwise, you can also wait for the shuttle service (provided by the shopping centre) which will also stop at a train station.
Areas for improvement:
Pillows were very soft and even stacking 2 together couldn’t prevent a neck ache.
There are no drawers or cupboards in the room.
Waiting time for lifts to the rooms is quite long and queues may form during peak periods.
Front desk staff could be friendlier and better trained.

一进饭店大厅宽敞，也备有咖啡可以自行取用，到柜台办理入住还发现有替小朋友设置专属的柜台，也有宠物乘坐专用电梯，感觉很可爱贴心。
高楼层房间景致很美，空间也非常大，十分喜爱有舒适的沙发可以坐着看电视聊天～2层窗帘是电动的很方便，床头还有蓝牙音响可以自行连接超棒的！
但房间隔音没有太好，虽然高楼层半夜也还是听得到底下车子呼啸而过的声音，隔壁房间的声音也很容易听到。另外电梯虽然有四部，但尖峰时期还是要等很久才可以搭到。
整体而言还是不错的饭店，下次有机会会再选择入住。

The place is located at the New Taipei City, not familiar with the area but from my observation I think It’s growing area and not so much touristy place, although I noticed there are some popular clothing brands and good that just opened there.
However, it is very close to the to the station, and basically you can go to the center city of Taipei very easily.
The room is nice size, clean, and modern.
Like most other Taipei hotel, they don’t provide you with toothbrush, but you can purchase from the hotel for about 20 cents, which cheaper than the convinient store. But it’s your choice :)
Overall nice experience here :)

服务人员态度蛮不粗的，但毛巾的部分有红点和脏污，还有厕所的挡水玻璃角落漏水。
