Totally new hotel, amazing rooms and view. Well decorated, very nice breakfast. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

new and modern. Very big rooms but service is moderate. Tried to ask front desk to help make a call for restaurant booking and was rejected.

Arrived at 4pm when there weren't that many travellers. Hotel staff were very friendly and patient when explaining the hotel policies and the services they provide.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom.
Hotel is a little bit awkwardly placed between two MRT stations, and it's not near any "tourist traps", but once you do get on the MRT you can very quickly get to either Taoyuan airport or Taipei city center.
Don't know about their breakfast food quality because it's not included in the room package, but food in Taiwan is cheap enough that I don't mind getting my own breakfast.
One small quibble is that the vending machine at the lobby will often run out of stock, especially instant ramen, so be sure to get your late-night snacks at one of the nearby convenience stores before heading back to your room.
Overall good value for money.
