Wrong information about shuttle bus and size of bed. We have to call them and they said that trip.com put the wrong information. It seems it still there when we extended our stay in this hotel.

Hotel room is big, clean and nice! Concierge was helpful in providing information. Hotel is located in new taipei district, though a distance from city centre, it is still easily accessible by public transport. the nearest train line has direct train to the airport as well.

服务非常好、干净耶很卫生、宠物房非常的干净没有任何异味、适合带上猫猫狗狗过来??还会准备猫猫的猫砂食物跟玩具 很贴心

安静，步行6-8分钟就有一个商场，不喜欢步行也可坐酒店提供的接驳巴士前往，接驳巴士也会途经几个捷运站。
此外，步行就2个街口就到地铁站，而附近也有family mart 及7-11，总结算理想，会再选择在这酒店住??

The location was great for me. This new Taipei area is less noisy. Close to a big mall. Five minutes walk.
I was on the 25th floor, which was great view. I love the floor to ceiling window.
