当天住的时候电梯坏了，自己拖着行李箱上了几层楼。环境设施也不怎么样，床还比较舒服。不如海边另外一家好酒店。两家我们都住了

Waterfront hotel in Puerto Natales
The view from the room was amazing from the 4th floor facing the water and mountains.
The only concern was not having a kettle in the room, however the restaurant provided a pot of hot water on a daily basis upon request. All staff members were fabulous! I enjoyed my stay.

A nice hotel but perhaps needed some care. Small issues added up, the shower door would not close properly, the mirror light did not work etc. We ate here both nights of out stay, it was fine but the second night in particular the service was very slow. There is construction work going on outside, maybe an extension? It did not bother us but may affect some rooms. The pool and spa area seemed deserted and not welcoming. A little work would improve this hotel a lot as it is different and has a lot to offer.

This hotel is under construction
The hotel is under construction and we were never informed about it. We had a junior suite booked but we had to go to the other wing of the hotel to escape the noise and dust, so we got a regular room. ********** has not refunded us the difference despite several tries and explanations. There is no sauna in this hotel . The massage was really good.

酒店位置不错，去武器广场步行也就五分钟。临海全是海景房。WiFi也给力。去百内公园玩可以选择在这住。
