Average stay. Hotel is grand but overly decorated. Bulky furnitures made the room feel cramped. PowerPoint in bathroom is loose and unusable, have to use hair dryer in the work desk. Dusty amenities. Extremely dirty tube of toothpaste provided, which dirty corner did this toothpaste came from?? Too lazy to call the housekeeping at night. Metal handheld shower is also hard to adjust. Front desk unable to grant a 12.30pm half hour late check out, is there really such a massive crowd checking in on Sunday afternoon? Breakfast staff missed our drinks order. Inattentive staffs.
Location is good for people who can walk, 15min to Yu Garden, 30min to the bustling part of the bund.

It was my first time staying at St.Regis. And it was above my expectation! I heard that the hotel is known for it’s sophisticated hospitality and indeed it was exactly maybe above what I heard.
I want to thank Mr.Nilo and the whole team for giving us heartwarming memory. We decided to revisit Shanghai this summer again!
The hotel has marvelous view, alongside the river with Pearl Tower. And just in front of the hotel you can take a Cruise to have the whole river view. Which I highly recommend you to try.
The hotel made me wonder the rest of the St.Regis around the world. If you want to open your door for St.Regis, give a try with the one in Shanghai. It will go beyond.

酒店位置很好，装修很有老上海的味道，典雅大气。
管家 Amber 非常专业且贴心，会主动跟进入住感受。管家团队响应速度极快，打电话送东西响应也很迅速，下次来上海还会选择这里！

酒店的地理位置无可挑剔！坐落于外滩核心区域，论是观光、购物还是商务出行都超级便利。最值得称赞的是瑞吉标志性的管家服务——响应速度极快，还有暖心茶点，管家Amber和管家团队对于每个需求都会迅速而细致的回应。

整体都很满意虽然前期有点问题但是一天的时间携程也算解决了，酒店很大气，从房间大小到景观到服务餐饮都很好，就是没有停车场。去bfc吃饭看电影也很方便。

今年住了好几次瑞吉酒店，从杜拜到三亚，这次生日??又体验了一下上海外滩的瑞吉酒店。管家Jason提前联系了我，人很nice给我准备了景观超好的房间，还体验了一下21楼的西餐厅，工作人员还贴心准备了蛋糕和卡片，真的很用心
