一言难尽吧，和青岛瑞吉的完美体验完全不一样，冲着江景去的，夜景可以
确实早到了，因为有计划选择在西餐厅用餐，用餐后询问了两次，后面房间好了没有通知，还是自己去问的，据说那天很忙
备注要的床围档被放置在地上，索性不麻烦工作人员装了
但还是要感谢礼宾部帮忙收发行李，感谢所有服务人员

一进大堂就被典雅的欧式风格吸引，服务人员全程微笑引导，check-in效率超高。
客房布置精致，床品柔软得像云朵，订了两个不同景观的房间，落地窗能看到外滩三件套。
酒店离城隍庙和豫园很近，走路就能到。

在外滩瑞吉度过了一个很棒的纪念日，管家团队的服务很超预期，非常细致妥帖。准备的布置也很好很浪漫，包括手写卡片也很用心。入住期间管家团队也有在很专业的来为我们提供服务！ 酒店的地理位置也很棒，房间可以直接看到黄浦江和东方明珠，夜景很棒！

The room was large and with great view. The decor is a bit old, over decorated and the fragrance inside a bit overpowering. Each to their own. But The service was very good and accommodating. All in all it was a pleasant stay because of the nice service.

The St. Regis was absolute perfection from start to finish. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, the rooms were beyond beautiful, and the breakfasts were nothing short of amazing. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations.
The art and decor are absolutely stunning — there’s a unique charm and elegance to the space that reminded me of the atmosphere in the BioShock series, which fans of the game will definitely appreciate.
I’ll absolutely be back. Thank you to the entire team at The St. Regis for such an unforgettable experience.

房间正对江景~服务超棒 卫生环境各方面100分~所有你想的到想不到的地方他们都会做到！管家coco超级好~不仅在入住时给你所有的帮助 退房后依旧电话回访 希望得到更多的建议！早餐也很不错 下次还会再来~因为他们真的做到了宾至如归！

直切重点，好，非常好，出乎意料的好，漂亮的前台姐姐，认真负责的迎接小哥哥，不管和服务人员接触时像好朋友一样的轻松的感觉与服务态度，还是好吃的自助餐和各种感官带来的高端和舒适感，这个酒店可以说是我在上海住过这么多高端酒店最好的一个，还要特别感谢Hazel小姐姐给我的舒适安排和服务！重点感谢！（好像是这个名字吧…七号晚十点左右在前台的温柔小姐姐）
