非常庆幸定了星河湾酒店，给了我们一个完美的假期~入住时本来定的园景房，后来在过道看到了海景，立刻决定加钱升房为海景房，没想到前台小姐姐直接给我们升了房型，只多收了元旦一天的加价，超级感谢映君小姐，非常为顾客着想??酒店设施非常好，房间的景色很美，配套也很不错，有健身房游泳池，餐厅也很好吃又实惠！周边游客并不多，即使元旦假期也比较清净，已经大力推荐给朋友们啦，下次来汕尾还会来星河湾~

We have 3 people in a twin bed room, facing Pin Qing Hu, the room is very spacious and new. The room service is very speedy when we request an extra set of slippers and towels. They are very caring too, when I ask for a bath chair for my elderly mum, they provide me with a very good quality and strong plastic chair. They have a specialized place for body and foot spa and massage which the place is very clean and spacious and the chair is professionally comfortable. However, this is not listed oe mentioned on any hotel booking website.
The hotel is artistically and sophisticatedly decorated with many sculptures, artistical lightnings, and paints.

It’s such a beautiful hotel. Spotless clean! The staff are so helpful and nice. They free upgraded us to a deluxe room with sea view. We have a very good time here and will come back again.

The room included photo service. The photographer Ar Sing is nice and took great photo for us. Room view is excellent and have enough privacy for pool area to play water.
Room was clean and modern. We can use voice control the room light, curtain and air conditioner.
Good place for relax and enjoy a weekend.
