The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and offered stunning views with excellent comfort and cleanliness throughout our stay.
The location is perfect, with easy access to the city, restaurants, and the waterfront, making everything very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet relaxing.

I had a very positive experience at Pan Pacific Melbourne. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff, as they were incredibly helpful and professional. I really appreciated that they provided an early check-in for me, which made my arrival much easier.
The location is quite good. While it is not located right in the heart of the city center, it is a very easy walk to the tram station, so getting around was convenient.
The only thing that could be better was the breakfast management. It was a bit disorganize,d and I had to wait for a while before being seated. I think they should manage the flow better during busy hours. Overall, I am still very impressed and would recommend staying here.

早餐很丰富，特别是蔬菜，新鲜可口。工作人员都很和蔼可亲，积极解决我的困难，而且还在我我不太会讲英语的情况下，都尽力了解情况。房型也很不错，解决一家三口订饭的尴尬

位置一般，不近公共交通和超市；
设施中规中矩，服务方面前台很helpful，尽可能提供很多帮助和讯息给我们；
重头戏就是布草，套一半留一半duvet是何意味，我以为是没搞完想自己套一下，发现根本就不是一个尺寸的被套，真的很累不想再交涉这些破事就这样睡了。另外拖鞋和水通通都没有，打电话去问説都在房间里，微笑，最后送来了。

基本衞生都做不好。
到酒店晚上了。洗澡洗完了发现浴巾也没放。
第二天起来发现床单还是脏的，整个人都不好了，又洗个澡。
退房的时候反应了，前台説我反映一下，连个道歉都没有。
位置：有点尴尬，去哪都远，离电车站还要过个桥再过个街。
装修：房间面积还可以的，就是旧了，保养不太行，感觉比较放飞，接了很多空乘团。

酒店服务很好，设施齐全，早餐食物种类不算多，但质素很高，酒店位置极佳，邻近河边及会展，离南十字车站也只是约十分钟步程，周边配套足，旺中带静，房间景观一流

Went for Australian Open, good location within few minutes walk of tram station, food court downstairs. Room is spacious compared to other hotels. Very good value for money. No swimming pool, but gym is available.
