基本衞生都做不好。
到酒店晚上了。洗澡洗完了发现浴巾也没放。
第二天起来发现床单还是脏的，整个人都不好了，又洗个澡。
退房的时候反应了，前台説我反映一下，连个道歉都没有。
位置：有点尴尬，去哪都远，离电车站还要过个桥再过个街。
装修：房间面积还可以的，就是旧了，保养不太行，感觉比较放飞，接了很多空乘团。

酒店服务很好，设施齐全，早餐食物种类不算多，但质素很高，酒店位置极佳，邻近河边及会展，离南十字车站也只是约十分钟步程，周边配套足，旺中带静，房间景观一流

Went for Australian Open, good location within few minutes walk of tram station, food court downstairs. Room is spacious compared to other hotels. Very good value for money. No swimming pool, but gym is available.

Location is good otherwise hotel is not good. breakfast is a disaster. Hotel does not offer any facilities and spa is a joke.

Nice hotel, nice view from the room, stayed on 11th floor, couldn’t get to the top, access only to our floor
No pool, gym small, nothing to entertain teens
Restaurant quite dark , ground floor, no views
Breakfast very average, small selection of pastry/breads
Only scrambled eggs on the buffet (from the box, no good)
Long wait for omelette , chef couldnt keep up with frying eggs
Room service ok, 20 layer lasagne , it’s just a regular lasagne, ?kids go excited for nothing, we couldn’t see 20 layers at all
Will explore other hotels in the area next time

Centralised location. Beautiful surroundings with the Yarra river right next to the building. DFO next door and many different type of restaurants within 2 mins walking distance along the river.
Room is very clean with all essentials. Great view overlook the city and yarra river.

I accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. I contacted both the Trip agents and the hotel directly, but neither provided a resolution. Instead, they kept shifting responsibility between each other. It was a very poor experience, especially if you need special assistance and book through third-party apps. In the end, I had to accept the cancellation fee for not showing up.
