  We booked a room for three people, but the hotel failed to provide enough amenities for our group; we had to specifically ask to receive the correct amount. Furthermore, there was a persistent, unpleasant odor on every floor, likely due to poorly maintained carpets. Our room also had a foul smell. When we requested a cleaning, the staff simply sprayed air freshener rather than addressing the actual source of the odour. Very disappointing stay for a family.

  入住刚好是生日，因为飞机早上7点到的，直接去了酒店，9点就让我们入住了（从没遇到过这种情况，即使有空房也得等到2点以后），所以非常的开心，长途飞行急需补觉～晚餐也在酒店的餐厅里，因为生日，送了酒和小蛋糕～真是一次完美的体验，酒店性价比也很好，房间很大～视野很好～下次还会再来

  Our room had an incredible view, and the space itself was huge. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the blackout curtains kept the room perfectly dark. The location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was delicious, and the service from both the front desk and the restaurant staff was outstanding.

  半夜两点，前台小哥説这麽吵可以要求换房啊，好的，换掉睡衣换掉鞋，把内衣内裤两大箱子行李收好换房间。这就是你们国际大酒店对待客户的态度！既然你可以这麽傲慢，那我会投诉到你们总部，而且会在各大社交媒体反应这个情况，是滴，我保证每个第一次想住你们酒店的客人在**、小红书，携程会第一时间看到这条评论。具体视频如下。
