We stayed one night at Pan Pacific Melbourne after arriving from the airport, and it was exactly what we needed: elegant, relaxing, and hassle-free. The hotel’s sleek riverside setting and proximity to the convention centre, shopping, and transport made our evening easy and efficient. Our room was spacious with stunning panoramic views, a soaking tub, and blackout blinds for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive, though we did have to request an extra pillow and towel, which were delivered promptly. Breakfast was a standout—fresh, varied, and served with a smile. Perfect for a short stopover or start to a longer stay.

The property is right in the Yarra River in Melbourne, close to South Wharf, The Exhibition Centre and Crown Casino. This may sound funny but the hotel smells great, it has a signature fragrance that is so good. I really enjoy my breakfast in the Pacific Club lounge

服务：非常好，当然估计也因为是淡季12点提前入住了，退房也延迟到12点了，酒店对面是墨尔本会议中心，边上码头有那艘复古木船，和小摩天轮??。mini golf，小朋友玩玩挺好。晚餐基本上都是熊猫外卖中餐很多，不过要自己去楼下取餐。注意这个房间的餐厅没有锅只有个微波烤箱。只能热东西，餐具倒是都有。夜景不错

Good service especially by reception and concierge. Nice view of city skylines and river. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and next to a mall.

整体很好，旁边有个outlet可疯狂购物。
唯一不太满意的是挂了牌打扫房间却竟然没有打扫，晚上回房时，没有毛巾，厠所纸也没有，幸好，打电话去前台，很快有人送上各种用品。

位置非常好就在展览中心的楼上附近，还有一个大型的奥特莱斯商场商场里面有一家叫台湾House的中餐非常好吃是北京人开的，参加展会的人员?可以在那里订餐，老板人很好，会把餐按时送到会场

Exceptional service and delightful welcome together with five star facilities. Location is safe and close to DFO shopping and many restaurants.
Black out blinds ensure deep uninterrupted sleep.
Porters make immediate eye contact and extremely obliging to assist in every way.
Buffet breakfast to die for with so many enticing varieties to tantalise everyone's taste buds.
They make you feel warmly welcome & special.

住的很舒适，房间够大 电视也不错，很喜欢这个风景。虽然不在free tram zone但是步行到Batman park 就可以，15分钟左右，对我每天要去city的人还可以接受。遮阳窗帘是电动上下的。总的来説，对於墨尔本酒店全满全贵的这周，超级满意这次的预订（通常我都不评价lol） 附近一人食比较少，DFO意外挺好逛 满意满意 疲惫之旅得到舒缓??
