国庆放假的时候带宝宝出来泡酒店 看中了他家的天际泳池所以果断选择入住 一楼电梯上来超级快的 会有短暂耳鸣 酒店可能考虑到节假日孩子会比较多 所以在大堂隔壁的会议厅临时搭建了小童充气城堡??和游戏机 宝宝玩充气滑梯开心坏了?? 酒店还提供了果汁点心给客人边吃边玩 很不错噢！
房间挺大的 窗外俯瞰风景棒棒哒 整体设计得很时尚漂亮 mini bar上的吧枱空间足够我放奶粉奶瓶烧水壶等等等等??
收拾了下直接带孩子去楼上游泳了 有个小小的按摩娃娃池 水温适宜 宝宝玩水很开心~
酒店地理位置挺好 周边好几个商场吃晚餐选择很多
第二天的早餐是半自助式的 种类不多味道还可以 只是居然没有自助沙拉吧枱?? … 建议加一个吧~~

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Niccolo Suzhou. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception team, especially Kiki and her colleague, were extremely helpful and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with all our questions answered clearly. We were pleasantly surprised when Kiki arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view of Jinji Lake — the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of quality selections. During check-out, we were assisted by Lucy (李苏蕙), who made the process quick and fuss-free.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose Niccolo Suzhou again on our next visit to the city. Highly recommended for great service, comfort, and hospitality.

苏州最高的星级酒店，环境优雅，住的N 3摩天轮湖景房，能看到东方之门大裤衩，风景优美，欢迎水果和旅拍体验很好，逛金鸡湖摩天轮也很方便，地铁口也近

二次入住酒店了，酒店很有特色，拥有在苏州绝佳的视野高度，酒店大堂在115层，远眺阳澄湖非常惬意。酒店内部装配比较常规，但也还不错，地库有很多车位，自驾也很方便。另外Karina也给客人进行了回访，听取顾客的建议，好评！

The IFC building itself is nice, the tallest one in Suzhou. However, the hotel was full of low class people from Europe when I lived there in September. There was a very disgusting incident caused from a non-guest diner from Germany and the hotel was not able to do anything. In the end, I contacted the police to solve the issue. The staffs only repeatedly said apologies but did nothing to make things better. Also, the cleaning staff just opened my door directly when I was in a meeting next day. Overall, the experience was really unpleasant.

Hotel was in a great location and was the tallest building in this area. Room had good view of sunrise, although my room was facing the industrial estate side. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted good. Only regret is not enough time to enjoy the room!

带娃出行，娃一听到115层的酒店就说我要住这个～对高楼大厦没有抵抗力～比较时髦现代的酒店fu，四处亮堂是星级酒店应有的样子，早餐是半自助的菜品还是少了点，饭量大的老公觉得不过瘾～服务还是相当不错的，入住前就有酒店工作人员来联系相关事宜了，负责联系我的是Rachel，很贴心周到，挺满意的～
