The hotel is near subway lines 1 and 3 and nearby buildings have dining options. There is a good swimming pool and gym on the 6th floor. Staff were helpful and the hotel is very clean. The bar on the top floor offers beautiful nighttime views of the park and mountain and the restaurant on the 1st floor has a very good breakfast.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The facilities however are a little old and not well maintained. There was only one working jacuzzi and the others were 'out of order'.
On the plus side the location is great. There's nice malls a quick walk away. There's also an amazing restaurant right outside the hotel, which has local Suzhou food. Highly recommend the crab noodles and the crab soup dumplings.

Hidden Gem in Suzhou with metro entrance next to hotel. Breakfast is very gpod as per Japanese influence. Great views from room and the mega mall 500metres away is a big plus.

First time staying at Nikko hotel and it didn't fail my expectation. The electric bidet seat and electric glass reminded you this was a very modern hotel.
The breakfast was very enjoyable, definitely five star standard, with variety of food choices

第一次住日航，服务中心的lulu贴心的帮忙升级了房型，29层的行政双床，房间更大也更宽敞，酒店的软服务也很到位，需要的物品及时就能送来，酒店的跑步机竟然带风扇功能，很满意的酒店一日游。

去苏州必住的酒店之一。
1、卫生、服务、配套设施，均无可挑剔；
2、早餐营养搭配均衡。餐后提供可免费带走的咖啡，尤为贴心。
3、地下车库停车便利。酒店大堂出门右转即是地铁口，出游各景点交通方便；
4、旁边100米是金鹰广场，1.5公里处有龙湖天街，喝咖啡、吃饭、购物都很方便；
5、在此特别感谢前台陆陆小妹在电话中细致的介绍与讲解。
关于日航的可圈可点之处还有一箩筐，就不再赘述。

冲着评价里说的床垫舒服和早餐有特色订的。床垫感觉偏硬，喜欢硬床垫的值得一选。早餐有日本特色，茶泡饭和味增汤都喜欢，总体偏咸，个人口味问题吧。交通还算方便，金鹰和天街步行就可以，我们走着去的淮海街，一路看到了英迪格和香格里拉，感觉那两家地理位置更好些，但日航性价比高呀！

酒店位置不错，苏州一号地铁站“狮山站”（原苏州乐园站）
有地下免费停车场🅿️
很多细节让人舒适，房间电视是可以转方向的！在床上或者办公桌位置都可以看得到
电视频道也很多
超大的浴缸🛁，浴室
泳池是露天的，天气好在泳池里可以看到自己的影子
日本人做事在于，细微之处的体现，让你感觉不到，但是又觉得就是比其他酒店舒适的那种感觉！
是我们现在很多网红跟连锁的星级酒店要学习的，因为只有这样才能走的很远吧！
酒店的装修只是稍微有些偏旧了
