Not a 5 stars hotel but overall good. 5 minutes walk to east gate of Zhang Jia Jie National Park. There re on going renovation opposite the hotel so a bit messy but no sound can be hear at our room. We slept quite peacefully. Receptionist lady very helpful, friendly and honest. Hotel also help with purchasing of attraction tickets entrance but when she knows that we had booked ours own tickets. She still happy to help with our enquiry. 5 stars for excellent service and to the cute cat also.

酒店位置真的非常非常方便，走路两三分钟就到东门了，出行忒方便。前台小姐姐特别热情，好玩的全部都给介绍一通，房间布置也很温馨，全屋智能设备，乾净整洁，总之哪哪都非常非常的好????????????????

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for zhangjiajie national park entrance. Some restaurants near by give you a discount if you show the key card of the hotel. You can ask the reception for detail about this.
The room is neat and clean and super cheap.
But some service is limited.

Location is PERFECT — it’s just a 5-minute walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which is very convenient. The rooms were always super clean, and the service from the staff was always professional and really good.
The only downside I would mention is that the “Mountain View” description is a bit misleading — most of the window is covered, and there isn’t really a view of the mountain at all.

Thankful that we were upgraded and enjoyed the scenery that overlooks Wulingmen and some lush of green. Location is near but away from the noise of tourists.
Xiao Zhang was very helpful and detailed in explaining to us how we should visit the park. We managed to seize the day to visit Tianmenshan so that it's not so tiring and most importantly it was closed the next day. She also helped us with purchasing the unlimited cable cars access.
Was celebrating my girl's actual birthday during this stay and asked if hotel has any complimentary stuff.
Did not follow up after that but was definitely surprised by the beautiful cake and crown provided by the hotel. It saved me the trouble of ordering a cake. Thank you for the kind gesture, it definitely made my girl's day.
Experience in this place was great and we certainly love the memories made in ZhangJiaJie.

We liked thus place so much that we decided to stay one more night. Cuddling the cat Mao Qiu was a bonus.

从武陵源汽车站下车沿着一条几乎都是民宿的街走个十分钟左右就到了，远远的就能看到，很好找，这家店地理位置很好，周围很多吃的，离东门也很近，非常方便，但意外的是居然一点也不吵闹，很安静，休息的很好，来森林公园玩住在这里的体验很好，性价比很高

第二次来张家界了，我们这次带着小朋友父母一起，小姐姐很详细的告诉我们游玩线路，有免费的拐杖提供，每天出门回来都会热情的打招呼，房间很乾净，床品很好，最重要的是离景区真的挺近的，而且还能免费停车，如果后面再来的话还会选择这里
