民宿
前几年去过标志门，知道后排民宿的客房栋距较小看着这家的平台页面照片窗景较开阔下单定的房，去了后发觉酒店不在动线前排，有遮挡而且整个店只有2间房能有平台上照片的景观，表达了换房的意愿后也就没有等到.
下水规划有点小问题 里间淋浴会水溢出到外间座便区 满地 还有外扩到过道的趋势
其它没啥
有电梯 新装修 床褥干净 简单的智能家电 和其它店一样会给到出行规划

出来旅游遇到最贴心的民宿酒店。地理位置好，步行至景区门只有3、5分钟的距离，周边餐饮店家众多，房间干净整洁，设施崭新，尤其前台小姐姐非常热心，不仅给我们规划最佳游玩路线，而且帮助将行李托运至市区酒店，省去了不少麻烦，非常满意！

Room
Nice big bed, big TV, blackout curtains, kettle, lockable door. after weeks staying in hostels this felt luxurious haha. it has this smart room function which is pretty cool you can verbally ask it to do stuff like turn on the lights or close the curtains, but also bear in mind it responds to chinese phrases. my room only had a bin in the bathroom it might be nice to have one in the room too but not a big problem
Location
Walking distance to an entrance to Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. Also walking distance to the town where you can see performances. Lots of shops and restaurants in the local area. Think my Didi from the Zhangjiajie West Train Station was about 30minutes/90 yuan, but I think there are also bus options (I arrived after bus operating hours so not too sure)
Hosting
There was a bit of a language barrier, but the receptionists were very helpful with booking tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain, and they also gave me a map.
Amenities
There's a washing machine but you operate it via like a wechat app and I know me and another traveler struggled to get it to accept our international bank cards. I eventually managed but the other girl didn't so I guess it varies. Washer is like less than 50p I think, and the dryer was broken when i went so i used the drying racks on the roof

跟朋友到附近旅游，在网上找的酒店入住的非常满意。前台小姐姐很贴心，提前联系确认酒店位置，到酒店还免费提供景区游玩攻略介绍酒店讯息。酒店服务周到，房间干净卫生，设施智能齐全，周围环境安静。以后有机会还会再次入住，值得推荐。

酒店位置太赞了，到武陵园标志门步行就不到10分钟，门口隔一排房子就是夜市，在顶层可看夜景。闹中取静，相当便利。
武陵园太大了，初到一定要好好请教前台，有问必答，相当nice。
早餐还没开放，不过问口都是早餐店。
两个小建议
1. 智能语言控制系统聊胜于无，普通话标准程度、口令准确度，反应不是很灵敏。小朋友倒是开心，一进房间就“小爱小爱”不停。
2.洗手间很大，建议在里面放个台子，方便放洗换衣服、毛巾。另冲澡间的门下要做一个挡水条，一洗澡，外间都是水。

酒店新装修，设施还行；房间有智能控制系统“小爱小爱，请打开窗帘”“小爱小爱，请开灯”等，空调是挂机，也是智能系统控制开关和调节温度；只是空调效果没有很给力哦！晚上洗澡水温有一丢丢不稳定，马桶冲水声有点太大，这两点需要改善；前台小姐姐亲切讲解了游览路线，张家界很美！

提前问了店家，从张家界西到酒店可以坐班车，末班车在五点半到六点之间，13元/人。但是五点半出站后大概五点四十到车站，被告知已经没车了，只能返回出租车上车点打的，大概是70块，但是出租车很难等，不知道是不是国庆节的关系。
房间空间很大，隔音效果也很好，但是靠窗楼下有人养鸡，每天早上六点多都打鸣…还好因为国庆出游我们也起得早
刚入住时房间有使用过的痕迹，地上有头发，淋浴间也有积水，但是没多大问题不影响入住，就没再打扰店家。
地理位置没得说，非常便利。离东门近，门口餐饮店也非常多。有茶颜悦色，星巴克，瑞幸等。

Great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Zhangjiajie forest park. The staff helped us to book our park tickets and even helped us to plan the itinerary around the park for the 2 days we were there. The rooms are spacious and clean, and we had a great night’s rest. Location was awesome too, just a 5 minutes walk from the entrance, has a small night market, places to eat and massage parlours just outside. There is also a washer and a dryer in the hotel (need to pay). Would stay again :)

10/10.5star room quality, auto flush toilet, AI lighting. Location is just 5 min walk to Wulingyuan entrance gate..Receptionist help us plan our 3-day exploration of ZJJ scenic park. She booked all tickets with our passport. . Only facial scanning at all entry point. For TianMen Shan, pick up ticket at station. Roof top gives a bird eye view of Wulingyuan. Night time, street in front of hotel becomes a food street. Cheap and good breakfast 2 doors away.
