We arrive in huaihua airport at 9.20 pm, the hotel already called didi & pick up us in the airport, arrive in the property around 11 pm, the young lady (miss zhang) in front desk waiting for us & welcome us nicely & politely , explain the route how to go to wulingshan the next 2 days, we also can buy the ticket there that is cheaper than we buy in the counter, no need to queue. The room is very clean & very comfortable it is look just exactly the same as the picture. Very quiet so we can sleep very well.
The room is cleaned everyday, the cleaning service lady very kind & polite. Location is very near to the east gate , walking only 5 minutes.
No worry about the food , it's very near (2 minutes walking) to the food stalls & restaurants , we can find nice food until midnight.
Very convenient . We feel satisfied staying there & introduce this property to our friends. Excellent !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Help us with every ticket for both ZJJ and performance. Very knowledgeable able how should we avoid crowd and plan the route when visiting ZJJ. No complain about cleanliness. Despite room is small witb bed sidewalk could only fit a 24 in luggage, I would still rate as great place to stay. Near to East entrance about 5 mins walk, breakfast, restaurant and grocery all close by. ??

This hotel is very near to the East Gate of the Zhangjiajie National Forest. The location is awesome, and there is no lack of good food. The night market is just a few steps from the hotel. The room is big enough for a family of four. My only complaint is that the rooster woke up too early to send you a morning call at 4 am. Overall experience is great. BTW, we loved the cat in the hotel.

坐武陵源客运巴士下车步行至名宿12分钟左右，在一个小坡上，临山，空气好、安静，前台小姐姐很温柔，如果对森林公园有疑问的，可以给你一一解答，前台同时提供免费纸质地图（虽不是最新的），但玩的时候大致路线看看还是很方便，屋内不潮湿无异味、干净，不像其他的名宿外表看起来还不错，内里细节不咋地，如果步行至东门也很近～

Good accommodation, clean, near the ticket booth, good service staff, gave advice and helped book to Zhangjiajie and found a car to take to the train station.

位置离武陵源很近，穿一个巷子就到大门，旁边有个早餐店不怕起得早，适合一早冲刺的。特价房很小，但是还是有独立卫浴，除了窗外不知道哪里的机械噪音，其实严格来说一个人独自旅行性价比还是特别好的。
前台会给你规划行程路线，比网上的还有参考价值，而且加了微信中途也会及时回答你一些旅途中的问题，感谢前台让我能够完成一日的旅途。

静的双人间没有了，就续了两间单间。房间位置卫生服务都很满意，进景区一定要早起，7点前进门不排队，下雨起雾不建议上山。想体验好一定一定错峰出行，否则你一定会获得观景30分，排队2小时的体验。网上抱怨张家界旅游体验的全是节假来的，我们错峰出行，留的时间还长，体验感挺好，除了累了点，没别毛病，景区4天免费进出是有道理的。
