  此酒店设施新，环境设计见心思，房间也大，早餐种类比想像中多，还有下午茶提供，两者味道也不错，此酒店性价比颇高。

  服务很热情周到，接送服务很及时，整体入住体验满分，性价比很高。无论是设施维护还是服务响应都非常到位，细节处处显用心。下次来肯定还选这里，也推荐给朋友！

  We absolutely love the place. The room was exactly as described and amazing. The breakfast was so good. I would like to thank the two receptionists who were so helpful to us: the lady who was doing the night shift and the guy in the day shift.The lady gave us tips related to visiting the Zhangjiajie park, which was so helpful. She was so nice and accommodating of all our requests.

  Optimal located, and we even got a free upgrade when we arrived! The breakfast was very mid.. but the free tea service was lovely!

  We absolutely loved our stay here! Breakfast was amazingly delicious, everything about the room was perfect, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, warm and smoke free. Would definitely come back!

  有个小建议要是能在浴室内多放几个衣服挂勾会比较方便，不然还得开门出去拿衣服太不方便了，尤其是和朋友或家人一起住的太尴尬了

  很少评论但这次必须好评，独自出游张家界前后住了五天，预订的大床房管家主动升级了房间。交通便捷离森林公园东门很近，房间很大、窗外风景很好、早餐也很丰富，床上被子不知道什么材质挺软的很喜欢，关键管家服务好啊，有求必应还规划了行程帮忙订了优惠门票，给我这趟説走就走的旅行省了很多心，强烈推荐！！
