环境很好很乾净的度假酒店，吃早饭的时候发现外国人挺多的。房间很大，有健身房，尤其是被子盖得很舒服。酒店地理位置很优越，离森林公园东门很近，而且还有豪华中巴接送。前台小哥很帅也很热情，帮我规划了两天的行程，而且也能以折扣价帮我把所有的景区票都买了，这对第一次来张家界来旅游的人来説非常有用。

酒店的服务绝对一流！刚到前台办理入住，前台帅哥就帮忙把行李送到房间，还送了洗乾净的时令水果。去森林公园游玩，有司机师傅给我们送到东门。我们回来的时候，联系前台帅哥，立刻安排接我们回酒店。酒店可以帮忙订景区门票，规划游玩线路。一楼还有免费的下午茶。（可惜一直在游玩，没有去品嚐）衞生间还有准备好的一次性马桶套，浴帽盒里还有扎头发的皮筋。总之，细节拉满。我们每次出入，路过前台， 前台的帅哥美女都热情的大招乎，特别温暖。
再就是酒店的硬件。
1.酒店位置特别好，距离森林公园东门很近，周围有很多饭店，小超市。晚上街边还有很多卖特产小吃水果的摊位。 0
2.酒店是2025年新开业的，房间宽敞明亮，设施新且智能化高。衞生间三分离设计，洗漱，洗澡，如厕互不干扰，而且淋浴的顶喷出水量大且细密，床品柔软舒适。早餐种类丰富，味道也很不错。
如果还有机会来张家界森林公园，一定会再次选择芊山月度假酒店！

Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect, the room was very clean and had a nice view to the mountains. Breakfast is quite simple but tasty. The hotel is a bit further away from the centre but it had its charm. They offer free transportation to the East gate of the National Park which was very convenient. It was also very close to the theatre in case you want to see the local show. We liked it so much that we extended one more night. The stuff is also very kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

酒店服务很好，帮拿行李，安排车子接送到张家界东线门口，贴心服务让人印象深刻，如果有机会再去张家界游玩，会再选择

酒店东门??小车可以接送，只有东门可以，
南门自己打车大概30分钟路程有点远
酒店床很舒服，空间比较大点外卖也很方便
还有露台可以晾晒衣服，有健身房设备齐全

The location may be further away from the East gate of the Zhangjiajie park but this hotel offers free drop off and pick up to and from the East gate entrance, even after we finished dinner. It is super convenient and is arranged by simply messaging the hotel's Wechat account. The car is a six seater so it could transport us all. The breakfast is a very filling Chinese style breakfast with soup noodles, eggs, buns, dumplings, veggies and fruits. The soybean milk is very filling too. You can purchase your park entrance and cable car fees at a discount from the hotel, and make sure to grab the park map too which is very useful for planning your route and the connections in between the different sightseeing spots via the three cable cars and the elevator. There are also washing machines and dryers for guests. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Housekeeping not so nice asking us if we want room cleaned now, we say no and some time after knocking on our door despite the "Do Not Disturb" on the door, we say later please as we are not in position to receive them as we are having shower, staff looks unhappy and before I can tell me to come back in 10mns she left already. When she comes back she asks if we want both beds made up (strange question), I see her washing tea cups with her hands and water only using our bathroom sink (what the ****?) and after we saw her having smoked in corridor earlier. Bacterias don't get eliminated with water and dirty hands as far as I know.
Breakfast already emptied few minutes before official end time so I couldn't eat, already very early anyway, when I could eat on other days because this time I was lucky it was ok but no choice of fruits and bread wasn't refilled.
Plugs in my room were japanese, not matching australian or european ones, why? First time I see that in China hotels. I got an adapter from reception fortunately.
Reception staff very useless, nonchalant young people, not giving us map of the park or info, tried wechat didn't work at first and they quickly decided it wasn't worth the effort. Not there at 7am when you need them to go to East Gate either despite saying it would be no problem the day before.
Gym is cheap equipment better than nothing but no light to be found when it's dark.
Corridor 3rd floor is ultra cold as it is open to the outside and looks unfinished, same as basement which has dirty washing machines. Cafe counter next to reception is unattended not operational. They pretend they have a restaurant on trip.com but they don't.
Room nice not exactly mountain view despite title, more building view. Bed is nice, shower looks cheaply built but pressure is good though temperature keeps changing. Smart toilet is ok.
Wifi is super slow and unstable.

It’s not that close to the city center or east entrance for the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. But both are quite walkable. For the park the hotel offer drop off service, so it’s really nice.
The hotel en de room I stayed is and feels really spacious. It’s quite new so everything feels/looks also very nice. Hope you can maintaining this well to keep it like this.
Not much to do around the area in the evening unless you want to watch performances, I had tea at the shop within the hotel every night during my stay, very happy the girl won’t mind, also bought some tea as well.
