  房间乾净衞生，格调优雅，电动窗帘，开窗可见天门山索道，与天门山景区相当近，风景富有想象空间，是个出差旅行的歇憩好地。服务员素质、修养、办事能力可圈可点，予以表扬哈！

  Great hotel. Huge rooms. Very clean. Close to tianmen cable car. Breakfast is a good option. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhu. Will book again if i visit Zhangjiajie..

  I stayed one night at the Vienna Hotel and I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car; breakfast also offers some sweet options for Western guests. The reception service was outstandingly efficient and kind — special thanks to Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhu.
