  One of the best stays we ever had. Family of 5 with 3 kids all under 12 years old. We all can say this is the best stay we ever had, everything was consistent. From customer service, food quality, room cleanliness, friendly and accomodating concierge/checkin counters. It felt we were there for days when we were just there for 2 days and 1 night. You dont have to go anywhere in this hotel resort. They have all the amenities which you can enjoy with your family. Only downside was we waited an hour at mix lounge for lunch. But still made up for the food taste. Definitely highly recommended. Commends to sahara, shikin, cece and everyone who has made our stay comfortable. 5 stars indeed. My daughter lost her smart watch and they are sending it back to us and has initiated to reach out to us. Amazing service. Thank you again!

  We were disappointed. The kitchen facilities were lacking, there was only a microwave but no stovetop or any utensils or pans. The pathway to the front door was unsafe and the door mat was a trip hazard. The decor was dated.

  The room size was decent. But the balcony floor was sticky, do remember to wear slippers if heading to the balcony. Breakfast buffet with huge variety.

  The check in man was so great! I wish I got his name. But so welcoming and lovely, definitely best check in experience. Rooms were cozy, large bathrooms. Super central to everything. Great place to stay in Napa.

  Great staff and welcoming. We had the loft room, spacious. Nice lobby bar and restaurant. Probably the best scrambled eggs I’ve had. The location is in the heart of downtown.

  I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Hakone and had a mixed but overall pleasant experience. The location is very good and convenient, with a 7-Eleven right across the street, which makes it easy to grab snacks and essentials anytime. The hotel kindly provided a birthday room upgrade, which I really appreciated — a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel special. The private onsen facilities were excellent and definitely the highlight of the stay — clean, relaxing, and well maintained. However, the upgraded room had a downside: the view was not great and there was limited privacy since it directly faced the 7-Eleven, making it easy for people outside to see into the room unless the curtains were closed. Overall, great service and wonderful onsen experience, but room privacy and view can vary — something to keep in mind when booking.

  Room didn’t look the same as what was pictured. Our room was overlooking their terrace where they were having some event with someone on a loud mic getting ppl to dance. We arrived from an exhausting travel day with that going late into the night and they had no room service. They have a pretty decent breakfast.

  前台就一个服务生，checkin真的很慢很慢，等了快半小时才完成，期间服务生至少接了五个电话，敲了老久的电脑键盘，十分符合当地人慢悠悠不紧不慢的人设。设施呢比较老旧，电插孔真的不多，不过比起路上二手老爷出租车的乘坐体验，也还过得去。

  After coming to Lugano many times a year for more than 15 years, I discovered what is the best place to stay. Where do I start? The Havana Deck Cigar4 Lounge overlooking the Lake or the Japanese Restaurant? The room was spotless with Personal AC, Japanese bidet in the toilet, out-of-this-world water pressure, breathtaking views, your own balcony with lounge chairs overlooking the lake, super comfy mattress and pillows. and last but not least the hotel cat Aki, which means Autumn in Japanese!

  This is truly the most luxurious and wonderful experience I think we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was incredible. Everyone, especially our butler Yusef, were so professional, kind, and welcoming. The food is amazing, the pool is perfect, and the villas are like an oasis. Truly the best experience ever.   Spent a night. Room is small and rather dark. It wasn't clean. Room wasn't prepared well. No bathroom towels. Housekeeping staff couldn't understand English well. Pleasant surprise to have dinner and breakfast included. Lobby and grounds are lovely, well kept. Location is ideal near airport. Free airport shuttle shuttle half hour was an advantage.

  This was our 10th trip to the Maldives and once again we booked with Angelfish travel, who as usual provided a great service in providing advice when we were first looking for ideas then and taking care of all aspects of the booking. The Park Hyatt Hadahaa is a gorgeous island resort. Small and beautiful with the best house reef you'll ever see. If you're a keen snorkeller, it is just the best. Service levels, food and accommodation are stunning. If you can get one - go for the beach villa with pool - just beautiful and ours was in the perfect spot on the sheltered side of the island with a lovely stretch of beach in front of it and easy access to the reef (room 26!). We were looked after beautifully by Shahum. Who answered all our questions and took care of everything we needed throughout our 12 night stay. He was always easily contactable by Whatsapp and let us know about anything that was going on (excursions etc) We loved going to the Dive bar every evening before dinner. It's located on the Dusk Jetty and has a great casual friendly atmosphere. For some reason it wasnt as popular as the main bar with only ever a couple of people in there at any time. The guy who runs it, is just the best. So friendly... and makes a mean Mojito. Food is amazing - both in the main dining room and the Island Grill. Lots of choice and very high quality. Also they completely catered for my partner who is gluten intolerant. The area where the main dining room and bar is, is just lovely. Next to a beautiful infinity pool with palm trees and the beach on one side. It's so well designed and stylish. The only fly in the sun-cream is the expense. Expensive to book and the cost of drinks and food etc outside of your meal plan is astonishing. Think 15 dollars (+ 17% for auto-gratuity and taxes) for a bottle of Corona. We were asked if we wanted to attend a beach BBQ -- 220 dollars each (!). Excursions and spa treatments are also way over-priced, even by Maldives standards. But, to most of the people there, it didnt seem to be an issue. We're just not used to that sort of luxury pricing. We were a little worried about the connections required to get there - after your main flight to Male you have to catch a domestic flight to a nearby island in the atol (too far away for a sea plane) then it's a short 30min ride in a speed boat to the resort. But everything was taken care of by the resort, with plenty of friendly dedicated staff at Male etc to help you every step of the way. It's nothing to worry about. I miss the place already and if money wasnt an issue, we'd go back every year!
