9/1(日)に1泊しました。翌日が戦胜记念日ということでゲストがかなり多く、チェックインが2时间ほど遅れましたが、代わりに翌日レイトチェックアウトにしてもらったり、フライト前にシャワーを浴びられるように新しくお部屋を用意してもらったりと、老舗ホテルらしい心遣いに大変感动しました。スタッフの皆さんも常に笑颜で接してくださり、心に残る経験になりました。

Irreplaceable experience. Once I stepped out of the hotel, I am already missed every moment I have gained here from all the staff, their greeting, smiles and help. They make me feel like princess here.

非常非常完美的体验，我们是去过结婚纪念日的，在办理入住的时候，前台送了我们一束鲜花，实在太惊喜了，并且房间里还送了巧克力，很多工作人员都能记住我们的名字，我觉得服务很用心，很感谢他们。是非常完美的一次旅行体验。?

不是所有酒店都配称“传奇”

基础房虽不大，但调性、服务皆属上乘。地理位置极佳，出门即奢侈品店林立的街区，你能信酒店花园里甚至藏着爱马仕的后门！[坏笑]
从大堂、餐厅到泳池，整个公区时髦至极，随手出片。踏入这里彷佛瞬间隔开外面摩托轰鸣的喧嚣世界，只剩一片静谧绿洲。

越南高档酒店的标配，从上一家开始到上网约车到check in 到房间，从来没拿过行李。到达酒店以后前台会给你介绍各种设施。房间整洁，我住的历史翼的，性价比不如歌剧翼，不过更有文化感。

The hotel is a beautiful blend of classic charm and historic elegance. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. The bomb history tour was fascinating, the breakfast was delightful, and the spa provided the perfect relaxing experience. A truly memorable stay!

之前住过阿斯旺老瀑布，所以对索菲特传奇印象很深。
河内这家索菲特传奇相对开罗来说，是比较新的，整体布局也比较紧凑，位于还剑湖旁边，交通是很便利的
酒店分老楼新楼，分别有自己的checkin前台。老楼比较有历史沉淀，非常有法式风情。但是房间都是当街的，没太多景观可言。
传奇名人房也就三个，以卓别林和毛姆比较出名，但不是保留房间，而是可以预订。参观过卓别林套房，不是很大，也没阳台。
服务是非常不错的，之前给的双人间没有浴缸，跟前台反映后就重新调整了，加床什么的布置都很到位，住的舒服。老楼客人免费下午茶和鸡尾酒，下午茶精致。早餐要在花园餐厅吃，比另外两个丰盛。部分餐厅服务员态度一般

My stay at the Sofitel was sublime. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom with separate big shower stall and powerful shower, double vanity sink and standalone bath tub. Breakfast was a delicious spread and quality of food was excellent. Reception staff were courteous and all staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

所有名店都在本酒店，早餐非常丰富，酒店设计很美，酒店内非常繁忙，在户外餐厅吃下午茶锦绣法式风情，很喜欢这里

This was one of our best experiences at a hotel anywhere in the world. We had so much gracious assistance from all of our staff, especially from Tan, who helped us enjoy our stay in so many ways. Our room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. All the food was delicious, including the amazing breakfast buffet. Tea and happy hour were so fun and memorable. We will definitely never forget our stay and look forward to staying at Sofitel in Hanoi again soon!
