选择索菲特传奇酒店是正确的，整个酒店都重新装修过了，没有陈旧的感觉，房间有点小，河内现在天气非常潮湿导致房间不能开窗要二十四小时全开空调，早餐选择丰富，质量都很高。特别要提的是服务非常好，有任何要求都跟进很快。酒店的位置优越，周围都是名店街，去还剑湖非常方便。下次还入住这里。

The hotel is full of history. We joined the historical tour and know more about the history of hotel. Also we visited the bunker underneath the hotel as well. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We went to Le Beaulieu and Spiced Vietnam Restaurant and everything were delicious.

非常棒的一次体验。酒店不但设施五星，服务我给六星。行政酒廊的下午茶太棒了，不能错过。酒吧也非常不错。总之就是好极了。管家叫Jack，服务到位给力。去哪里都非常方便，巴亭那边稍稍远点。打车还是推荐grab软件。招手打车被坑了一把，实在不习惯那n个0。

作为住客 在酒店花园里拍照 被服务员驱赶 说不能拍照 我们虽然奇怪 但以为是这块区域不能拍 就走了 后面另一个服务员追出来 说不允许相机拍照 商拍要去登记并付钱 我们就说我们作为住客 不是商拍 并拿出了房卡给她看 她还不依不饶 要知道我的房间号 酒店服务员没有资格问我要房号 在我已经出示房卡后还问我要房号 是想报复我吗？
这个服务员名字是VAN ANH 我询问她的名字 她一直不肯说 问了多次后才不情不愿地写下来

We had a pleasant stay overall but I don’t think we will be returning again for the following reasons: small room size (for the price point they charge), toilet flush had to be fixed, drainage in the shower didn’t work properly, quality of pillows were just average, the check-in experience was hectic like at the airport (people everywhere), the service at the swimming pool and Le club was rather slow and not inspiring. This property markets itself as one of the most historical hotels in Vietnam which is true but when it comes to hospitality I’m afraid there is still a lot of room for improvement.

如果你是酒店控，又对历史感兴趣，来河内必须要打卡这家传奇酒店。酒店虽然已经有100多年的历史了，但是保养的非常好，基础房型面积略小，不过入住还是很舒服的。酒店的早餐，下午茶都很棒，推荐酒店自助早餐的河粉，真的秒杀外面的米其林米粉。
