非常棒的一次入住体验！心念念的黄山终于来了！雨中入住，前台非常热情！管家小范十分专业负责，主动升级了房间并推送了有价值的讯息。房间也比想像中的大并设施齐全。在黄山山顶有这样一间五星级酒店十分惊喜！早餐也十分丰富！第二天凌晨还有酒店人员带领我们看日出！非常满意！棒棒哒！！！

Long distances might be a little problem (acceptable for all over hotels too), however near hotel views are delightful and staff is very friendly.

酒店在后山，距离西海大峡谷、丹霞峰、光明顶都很近。如果不考虑爬前山的天都峰，又想在山上住一晚，这家饭店真是很棒的选择。
工作人员都很热情周到，还帮我们免费做了升级。我和女儿住得很舒服，美味的夜宵和丰盛的早餐让我们一路疲惫得到了很大的缓解。
到现在还在怀念昨晚58元一份的卤牛肉，香啊，份量也很给力！
客房设施完备，还提供羽绒服和烘干衣架，感觉不输于山下的四星级酒店，当然，如果真做对比，空间小点、没小冰箱等很正常。
晚上7:30还会推出表演，有非遗文化表演、川剧变脸、小丑表演等
每个节目我都很喜欢，特别是这些表演者很亲善，和观众互动特别好，氛围感很强，让人有宾至如归的感觉，主持解说的也好，每个人笑容都那么灿烂。在夜幕星空下，来着五湖四海的人们相聚于此，欢声笑语不绝于耳，感觉真好！
突然想到表演中途，天上飞来一只鸟，拉了一坨鸟屎在我额头上，最后掉落到我的右手臂上。我不动声色一直看完表演，才到客房洗掉。也没告诉女儿，免得她大惊小怪。感觉是让我走鸟屎运！
早上5点钟还有工作人员引导我们去丹霞峰看日出，今天很幸运，看到了日出。这是我第四次来黄山，却是第一次看到日出??。很开心啊！是个Lucky Day!
推荐想减少爬山辛苦的游客，第一天从云谷索道上来，可以晚点，游览完始信峰、猴子观海等，就去光明顶看个日落，然后折回酒店休息
第二天就如我们今天路线，下西海大峡谷，到谷底乘观光小火车，再走前山玉屏索道下，也会路过一线天、百步云梯、迎客松等景点。
相对会轻松点
前山上太费脚力了，而且后山风景更好！
期待黄山杜鹃花开和落雪飘飘的季节里，再来黄山，再住西海饭店！

每次到西海都要订阳台房，太美了。在这个小小的露台感受着黄山。午睡直接就在这里小憩了，黄山的太阳黄山的风直接近了梦里。还有西海的spa非常好。爬完山累累的来舒缓一下，他们的用料一流。给我做的是小定美女，手法好舒服，超级舒缓。晚上赶夕阳，早上看日出。这些照片都是我拍的哟，美吗？种草了没？

We absolutely loved our experience at Xihai hotel. The level and quality of customer service was incredible, and the staff did everything to make us feel special.
Thank you to Kora who communicated all the necessary information to us clearly including the forecast for sunrise the next morning (a 15 minute walk up towards Danxia peak). The hotel also provides complementary down jackets for cold weather.
The rooms are lovely, and the food at the restaurant is buffet style but very nice and good variety.
The hotel also has several daily activities - I highly recommend the face changer show in the evening!
Thanks again to everyone who hosted us at the hotel!

Good experience, recommend for people who would like to see sunset. The room is nice and clean. Staff at the reception is helpful. They will send the information about the weather, map, and hotel via WeChat.

The location is very good. It is convenient to see sunrise and sunset. It is also near Xihai Great Valley and Danxi peak. I want to mention that the service is awesome and more than expected. If you visit Yellow Mountain, I would to recommend the hotel to you and your family.

Comfortable base for a sunrise run-and-gun. Staff added me to a handy WeChat feed that pushed real-time sunrise/sunset tips; thanks to that, Danxia Peak (20-min walk) delivered a great dawn view. Room was modern, warm, and clean; Wi-Fi and hot shower both fine.
Food is flavourful and enjoyable but very “mountain canteen” and strictly Chinese—don’t expect pastries or espresso. Prices are high, as everywhere on Huangshan, but service is friendly and the views were great!
Overall: solid choice if you want easy access to the peaks with hotel-level comfort. I’d stay again.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location! Enjoyed the massage in the SPA in between hiking days. There was lots of fog so didn’t manage to see the sunrise but totally recommend staying the night to properly enjoy the park anyways!
