Good experience, recommend for people who would like to see sunset. The room is nice and clean. Staff at the reception is helpful. They will send the information about the weather, map, and hotel via WeChat.

The location is very good. It is convenient to see sunrise and sunset. It is also near Xihai Great Valley and Danxi peak. I want to mention that the service is awesome and more than expected. If you visit Yellow Mountain, I would to recommend the hotel to you and your family.

Comfortable base for a sunrise run-and-gun. Staff added me to a handy WeChat feed that pushed real-time sunrise/sunset tips; thanks to that, Danxia Peak (20-min walk) delivered a great dawn view. Room was modern, warm, and clean; Wi-Fi and hot shower both fine.
Food is flavourful and enjoyable but very “mountain canteen” and strictly Chinese—don’t expect pastries or espresso. Prices are high, as everywhere on Huangshan, but service is friendly and the views were great!
Overall: solid choice if you want easy access to the peaks with hotel-level comfort. I’d stay again.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location! Enjoyed the massage in the SPA in between hiking days. There was lots of fog so didn’t manage to see the sunrise but totally recommend staying the night to properly enjoy the park anyways!

Although we didn’t spend much time in the room, the service was good and there’s nothing we can complain about except Huangshan is too crowded. The tourism ministry should take a closer look at it as the climb and descent are becoming a risk with such bad jams and some people are pushing to go faster

A much better hotel comparing to BaiYun hotel in terms of the condition of the facilities and rooms. It is just newer, better and serve better FOOD . But since Baiyun is located in the Front Mountain , and Xihai on the back mountain , one would still have to stay at BaiYun if they are planning to climb front mountain , and one have to stay at XiHai if planning to climb Back Mountain. Remember Huangshan is divided into 3 areas , Front , Back and DaXiaGu with 73 peaks in total ! If you dont mind the cost , XIhai hotel is the best hotel if you are climbing the Back Mountains. Note : Huangshan is just too big , you need to see the map and plan properly before attempting ! The photos i posted is the view from the hotel ! 酒店靠后山 硬件设施齐全 环境优雅 服务到位 早餐丰富味道很不错 食材新鲜 烘干衣架十分方便 在山上住一夜西海是一个很好的选择

第n次去黄山，以前都住在光明顶山庄，这次选择了西海饭店。光明顶山庄在山顶，西海饭店房间更高档。
在山顶算是很棒的酒店，进去之后瞬间感觉到被温暖包围，暖气很足，酒店的设计很大气，服务也很暖心，感谢大宝管家，总之，很不错的选择，很不错的体验。

一入住 前台的女孩就给升级房型 谢谢！
环境很好 房间大 室内如春 位置在西海 去排云亭看云海很方便
晚餐果然很丰富 让人在大雪天感觉充满了暖意 次日的早餐同样不错
这是住宿山上的最好选择 没有之一
