Hotel was a little old some small things spoilt but service was ok they did come fix the tap etc and they did come give hand towels if u asked. However not really five star quality service all in all. Kooky plate cafe nearby serves delicious food and drinks.

Very convenience walkable to every where. My kids also love the room nice view from room and love the bathtub. Most staff are very helpful and friendly..highly recomended

圣诞节选择这家酒店，因为有圣诞自助餐，厕所有点旧，可是整体都很乾净，风景很好，地点很方便。早餐也好吃

酒店设施配套齐全，服务热情，来酒店的时候这边已有圣诞布置的氛围，入住时给前台工作人员説了安排一下景观好的房间，她説好的，但是现在景观好的房间还没清洁出来，可以先给我们开另外的房间休息一下，説房间清洁后会电话通知，大致1小时后给我们安排了新的房间，房间景观真棒，可以看见双塔和吉隆坡塔，感觉超预期，给酒店工作人员点赞！

临时订的酒店，服务很到位，有求必应????
保证三个人能住，确实还有提供一张单人床
沐浴间的乾净整洁，镜子上没有一丝灰尘
酒店的早餐很丰盛，也很好吃，服务生速度很快且非常有礼貌????

1) Cleanliness issue – Cockroaches in the bathroom
On the first morning, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and immediately reported it to the reception. The staff told me they would solve the problem. However, the next morning, I saw another cockroach again.
I informed the receptionist once more, but this time the staff simply smiled, did not apologise, and immediately turned to serve another foreign guest.
Is this the kind of service we should expect from a 5-star hotel?
2) Poor parking experience
The parking spaces are extremely narrow, and most of the first-level parking lots are reserved. They should allocate more convenient parking spaces for actual hotel guests.
Overall, I am quite disappointed with the service and facilities. Definitely not the experience I expected from a 5-star Sheraton.

Overall, the room was clean and pleasant. However, the main setback was the bathtub shower head. It was faulty, and when we pulled it out, the water splashed everywhere, leaving the entire bathroom wet. The shower tube was also rusty and dirty. This issue affected the overall comfort of the stay.

Always going to KUL and stay in Sheraton Imperial since 2019 but unfortunately too bed experience at this time.
Leaking on the floor and reported to reception and complained but no one help me!

酒店地理位置还算便利，靠近市中心，交通也比较方便。周边不同类型的餐厅很多，马路对面有商场。早餐选择丰富，有露天泳池。整体入住体验舒适，适合商务与度假旅客。

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They also prepared lovely honeymoon decorations and even provided a slice of cake as per our request. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service from this hotel.
