喜来登????服务卫生都有保证
唯一可惜系地点系旧城区，唔近旅游热点，不过附近都有几间好味餐厅同埋call grab周围去都方便

到酒店的时候很晚了，前台很热情，因为睡眠不好特地与前台沟通换了楼层高安静的房间，房间很宽敞，设施齐全，就是一到晚上一点多外面就有飞车党飙车的声音，总体还是可以的

Great Stay in KL
I really enjoyed my time at the Sheraton Imperial KL. The rooms are big, comfy, and have nice city views. The pool area is a great spot to chill after exploring, and the breakfast buffet had loads of variety. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Overall, a solid choice if you want comfort and good service in the city.

This stay remains excellent as my previous experience. However, I hope that the validation system for parking can be improved immediately for the comfort and convenience of all guests. In addition, a big thank you to the duty managers Ms Rathi Devi Subramaniam and Ms Siti Nazirah Razali for their willingness to accommodate my request via email. Credit is also given to Mr Faris / Fais who was on duty at the counter during the check-in process for his very good and courteous service and welcome. KULSI, I will definitely come back again and again.

It’s right next to monorail station Medan Tuanku, opposite Quill city mall, clean room and comfy bed, with beautiful city view, we had a memorable stay.

By choosing to stay at this hotel, I made the right decision. Excellent amenities, tasty meal, courteous service, and a very comfy accommodation. I think this is a really good choice. Additionally, I'm hoping that the intern girl working at the check-in counter will be able to do better work, particularly when it comes to giving information. She is courteous and kind, but in order to advance, she needs to provide more details. I hope she succeeds in all of her future undertakings.

设施：酒店房间设施稍微有点老，不过还是可以接受的，
衞生：房间打扫很乾净，没有看到其他点评中説的床单很脏什麽的，下水道也没有味道，
环境：酒店离开双峯塔稍微有点远，远远的可以看到双峯塔，过去却是要打车的，但是离开吉隆坡塔很近，在房间里面晚上可以看到，夜景很不错。酒店旁边就是一条餐厅、咖啡馆、酒吧街，晚上可以坐在餐厅室外吃东西，吹吹风很惬意，所以吃饭不成问题。前台和行李员服务态度很好，都很热情打招呼，还帮我查询周边哪里有商场换汇价格最好，早餐自助餐的东西虽然不多，但是东西质量很好、味道不错，值得点赞的是生菜吧，是当场剪下来可以直接吃的有机菜，浇上油和特调的汁水、还有发达芝士味道绝对赞！是我吃过最嫩、最新鲜的生菜沙拉了。
