酒店服务真的特别特别特别好！！！是我住过所有酒店里最好的，开车门接行李送行李这些都不算什麽，最关键的是情绪价值到位了。
虽然是老酒店了，但是衞生打扫得不错，看起来老但不破旧，不过床品不太舒服，枕头太低了睡得不好。
房间很大，每天4瓶水。
致命缺点是淋浴间居然有个尖鋭的转角，搞不好真的会出人命的，希望酒店能看到这条评论然後进行改善。

Ok stay, the place is dated..noise on weekend is unbearable..our room face the side..but those bike keep racing in the midnight..breakfast was good..bed a bit too soft

夸一下酒店服务很到位，一到酒店门口立刻有人上来帮忙拿行李，热情迎接。然後等我办理好入住，立刻跟着我帮我把行李放到房间并且安顿好再走。行李寄存以及最後这一天打车的时候工作人员热心的帮忙将行李放在出租车行李箱中。很棒，宾至如归莫过如此！每天4瓶水这个也很棒。很能满足我这种喝水达人的需求！
唯一差的地方是衞生！酒店的床单和被罩和枕套都不乾净。多少都有点痕迹！！！换了一次还有！！哎，凑合用吧，反正就是心里膈应。！
酒店地理位置也不错。
他们的服务超级棒，就比澳门酒店的服务差一丢丢！

Went here to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary, was expecting some letter/cake or any free dessert to congratulate or greet us. None of this was done, I had high hopes since it's Sheraton ??. Aside from this the room was clean and spacious. Wide variety of selection during break fast. The building was quite old, I was shocked to see how small the reception area is. But overall ok. Location near train.

酒店房间还不错，床也比较软
不过1000+预订的话性价比很低
早餐马马虎虎 有我喜欢的鲜榨果汁加分
但是衞生间水下不去 而且这个设施蛮可怕的 我会有阴影有点不敢洗
洗过澡之後水会漫到衞生间 然後上厕所脚下全是水就很不方便。

Keep coming back to this hotel and satisfied with the services ?? i love the bed so much its comfortable, the room was cleaned and the walking closets is advantage, the bathroom was huge and clean.. the staf was very good from the receptionts staff, concierge staff, and restaurant staff are very helpful. Event the location was not a walking distance to klcc but i enjoyed staying here.. Thanks for the good hospitality

Booked a king bed room but given a twin bed room with a mouldy ceiling. Highlighted to a person who identified himself as a manager but received zero service recovery. Definitely not the service standard of a Sheraton hotel. I will take further action as I mentioned to the manager that I had headaches and cough as I’m allergic to mould but he didn’t even ask if I needed to see a doctor. Not the right thing to do.

At least I got my king bed finally after paying for a king bed room and received only a twin bed room with mouldy ceiling.
My low rating is for Front Office where it’s terrible. No smile, staff seems unhappy working there. None of the Front Office staff greeted me with my correct family name in my two days stay, at all.
Essence staff on the other hand, were always smiling, greeting me and with my family, correct. Food was also really good and delicious with lots of variety.
At least, even the GM greeted guests at the lobby with a smile when I walked pass him even when he was with a group of his guest.
Front Office staff have a lot to learn. Even some staff coming out from Front Office wearing black suits didn’t even greet any guests when walking out. Learn from the GM.
