  Overall of this hotel is love!! But anyhow the problem is that it took a lot of elevator changes from going to lobby them to the rooms. And at times we used the MRT alot so after hitting ground, we have to go back to level 1 using another elevator. This is the only cons of this hotel but other than that is totally superbb ????????????

Hotel Review – Stay on 14/2/2025 to 15/2/2025 Purpose: Wife’s Birthday Celebration We stayed at the hotel from 14 February 2025 to 15 February 2025 to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was fast and smooth. Although there was a queue due to many guests, the waiting time was less than 20 minutes, which was still acceptable. Room Experience: We were initially given Room 3609. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice pool view, which we really appreciated. However, around 11:00 pm, we noticed unusual sounds coming from the toilet area. Upon checking, we discovered heavy water leakage from the ceiling. We attempted to call reception twice, but unfortunately, no one answered. As we were already very tired, we decided to continue resting for the night. The next morning around 6:00 am, we found that part of the ceiling had broken and fallen onto the floor. We immediately contacted reception to notify them. The hotel responded by offering us a relocation to a new room (Room 1902) and provided a late check-out until 5:00 pm, which we appreciated as a recovery effort. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast was a vegetarian-only buffet. We were quite frustrated as we are not vegetarians and were hoping for more variety or alternative options. Check-out Experience: Check-out was fast and easy. However, we needed to validate the entry card again at the reception, which caused a minor inconvenience. Overall Rating: 3.5/5 ? While the room was initially comfortable and the staff handled the relocation professionally, the ceiling leakage issue and limited breakfast options affected our overall experience. We appreciate the late check-out gesture, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and communication responsiveness.

  checked in late nite & just stay few hours, requested bit late check out which not entertained. also arranged a spoilt aircond hot room, really terrible experience. all room facilities look old & outdated, breakfast also not good as well. dont think will come back again...

  真的是超惊喜的一间酒店，本以为会很老很久，但完全没有，每每半个小时都有船去对面的Iconsiam，离景点，游船都很近，房间设施齐全乾净，一定要Iconsiam景观，夜景很美

  索菲特吉隆坡白沙罗酒店 - ¥932.48 起

  老牌五星，硬件都不错，100米左右就是一家百威年和Manasa商场，吃喝逛都很方便。到双子塔那边五六公里，但大马打车路都很绕，且经常堵车，总之交通不大好。酒店有一点不是很有格局，mini bar竟然收费的，这种级别酒店大可大方点。打电话也要另收费。其他都很好

  Well... We arrived at the hotel 10hrs before check-in. Directly from airport. If We wish to check in early- it will cost 1,500 Pesos. No thanks. We'll store our luggage and explore the area a bit. No Problem! After a full day of traveling and exploring, We got back to the hotel 45 minutes before the 2pm check-in. We we're told with their sickly Sweet "Sorry Sir, Normal check in is at 2pm. Please wait" i could see my check-in form and Key Card on the desk next to the computer. Fine. Wait. Arrive at the room- you can see the pictures b yourself. Quite disgusting.very old and not clean. BUGS. BUGS. BUGS! also- the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. Away from town. Avoid.

  This hotel is truly “old but gold.” The service, facilities, and room quality are all very good. My room was connected to the swimming pool on the second floor, making it very convenient and easy to access. There are three different swimming pools available. Valet parking is provided at RM40 per day. The hotel is located near Pavilion and is within walking distance. With a price tag below RM400, it is definitely worth staying at this hotel.

  差评。 基本衞生都做不好。 到酒店晚上了。洗澡洗完了发现浴巾也没放。 第二天起来发现床单还是脏的，整个人都不好了，又洗个澡。 退房的时候反应了，前台説我反映一下，连个道歉都没有。 位置：有点尴尬，去哪都远，离电车站还要过个桥再过个街。 装修：房间面积还可以的，就是旧了，保养不太行，感觉比较放飞，接了很多空乘团。

  It was a swift check-in. Location is very central. Unfortunately there are works being done nearby hence, if coming by car, you’d have to get off corner of Bond street. Room is clean but the place is generally a bit old. Wear and tear is obvious. Room service is okay but I always have to request so my room could get cleaned.

  酒店的环境优美，地理位置优越，去几个主要景点走路就能到达，但是酒店内又很安静，没有吵杂声，闹中取静。 酒店早餐我选的是西式自助，自助部分可以选择的品种不多，还好有可以单点的菜单，单点的食物都很美味，而且摆盘也好看，单点的甜品很好吃。 关于酒店设施，公共区域的插花很美，房间内配备的一次性产品品质一般，特别是牙刷很硬，第二天我特意去超市另外买牙刷。酒店的床垫也很硬，还有枕头和被子都比较硬，第一晚没有睡好。第二天早上和酒店反应是否可以更换稍微软一点的床和枕头，酒店人员服务态度是很好説会处理。下午回房间的时候给我们加了一个15厘米左右高的软垫，也拿了两个比较软的枕头，第二天晚上就睡的好很多。 这次酒店帮忙预订了米其林餐厅京大和，品嚐了日本传统怀石料理。
